MaxFactor Colour Corrector Stick Primark Dupe!

I am a huge fan of Colour Correcting products and adore the Makeup Revolution palette, upon which ive just hit pan on green *cries*. I find they work well with my skin to correct and conceal, more so with the redness I have on my cheeks, for which I do need the green. It took me a long time to accept that putting something green on my face would not leave me looking like Grotbags (remember her) and infact it would work.

The idea of using green to correct redness is a blessing as it neutralises redness whether that is blemishes, blochiness and in some cases a broken vein. You simply apply it to the area you want to correct, gently blend, add more if required and then finish off your make-up.

Primark often has some hidden little gems and I was surprised to find they did colour correcting sticks, even better they had been massively reduced, so I bought one of each and this is what they look like - notice the similarity?

MaxFactor Colour Corrector Stick Primark Dupe!

MaxFactor Colour Corrector Stick Primark Dupe!

Yes, to me, they are the exact same colour corrector stick that is sold by MaxFactor, only the Primark versions are a whole £8.50 cheaper, should they work!  The swatches show the Primark crayon at the top and MaxFactor at the bottom, even colour wise they are similar, the only real difference is the formula and for me, the Primark crayon is much softer, though both blend like an absolute dream.

Do they work? Yes, I find it hard to choose who wins between them, both do an amazing job at concealing the redness but given the difference in price, then I would opt for Primark every time, purely to save £8.50.

You Beauty Box January 2016

The January You Beauty Discovery Box has arrived and it has had a bit of a makeover. No longer called You Beauty Discovery, it is instead called You Beauty Box. I am hoping the changes to come are not too drastic because I like this box the way it was, but we'll see. It currently costs just £6.95 per month and that includes postage and packaging.

You Beauty Box January 2016
You Beauty Box January 2016

Anyway with the makeover, there is no enclosed magazine but the shortlist for January is dedicated to recovering from festive over-indulgence, resuming a best-practice skincare regime and rejuvenating our make-up bag. Everything on the list has been carefully selected with renewal in mind.

As always there are two treats within this box. The first is a sachet of snail gel which is always welcome. I am a huge fan of snail gel and my skin also loves it. The second item is a packet of Perfection Gel Cushions which promise instant relief and comfort for the ball of the foot. I am not too sure I will be needing these in January, they are definitely a more December party time need for me.

My two choices this month are a make up item and a skincare item. There was a great choice to choose from and in the end this is what I chose:

ModelCo. Shine Ultra Lip Gloss - I am not usually a fan of Lipglosses, they are never an item I choose, I never buy them and I never want them. I was drawn to this one within the selection because it is marketed as being non-sticky and for me one thing I dislike about Lipglosses is the sticky feeling. Add to that, this one is pink and it has a mirror, it is quirky enough for me to want to try it.

You Beauty Box January 2016
You Beauty Box January 2016

My second choice was from Bee Good, now I love this brand and I love this 2-in-1 Honey & Propolis Cleanser whch I have already featured on my blog here. Bee Good are a British brand and one that should be championed much more than they currently are. The Cleanser is gentle and effective, it smells amazing and it comes with its own muslin cloth, which is a huge plus point for me. If you have never tried a Bee Good product before, then I definitely think you should.

You Beauty Box January 2016

So there you have my January Box. I think it is a great box and I liked the choices I had to choose from. I am now looking forward with interest to the changes that are being made!

LookFantastic January 2016

LookFantastic is the first Beauty Box through my door this January and it is aptly titled 'The Detox Edition'.  Most of my friends are on some sort of detox currently, so this is totally on message.  The box is described as being filled with special delights and delectable treats to keep your skin looking healthy and your complexion glowing.

LookFantastic January 2016
LookFantastic January 2016

So the first product that appears in the box is by Kebelo. This isn't a new brand to the Lookfantastic Beauty Box as the shampoo featured in the July box and whilst I quite like it, I would have liked to have seen something else. The Shampoo a clarifying shampoo and is designed to be used once or twice a month and is described as "Rid your hair of built up impurities with the Kebelo Clarifying Shampoo. Paraben and sulphate free, the detoxing shampoo is gentle in formula but tough on grime. Deeply cleansing, the blend of mild ingredients work to exfoliate your hair, rejuvenating every strand for purified, soft results. Can be used as little as once a month dependent on your lifestyle and even as an invigorating body wash for your skin. Added to that is the Kebelo Revitalising Conditioner which helps control frizz hair leaving it soft, smooth and manageable. Using ingredients such as Quinoa, Amaranth and Chamomile, the conditioner provides nourishment and hydration.

LookFantastic January 2016

Bellapierre is the only make-up brand in this months box and again, LookFantastic have some amazing brands on their site, so I would love to try something other than Bellapierre which has featured a lot! The product in this months box is a Shimmer Shadow and I have shade Earth and it takes on a rose gold glow which is really pretty and perhaps one I would use more as a highlighter than an eye shadow.

LookFantastic January 2016

Dr Lancer is a brand I have heard of but have never used products from. The product in my box is called 'The Method: Polish' which is quite intriguing. Described as being a gentle skin-resurfacing treatment it uses pure minerals which are combined with magnesium oxide and sodium bicarbonate crystals to exfoliate the skin's surface, combating dullness, removing the build-up of debris and stimulating cell renewal for a refreshed, youthful-looking complexion. It is fortified with pumpkin and pomegranate extracts, the anti-ageing polish works to break down dead skin cells, whilst brown sea algae replenishes moisture and boosts collagen production to reveal a smooth, supple complexion and healthy glow.  This I am looking forward to trying because it is something I would not be able to afford to purchase at full price!

LookFantastic January 2016

Next comes Nuxe, a brand I really like. In this both we have Nuxellence Detoxwhich is described as being an innovative anti-ageing treatment that uses 10 patents to recharge your skin and detoxify cells overnight. Packed with natural ingredients (including passionflower, poppy and silk tree), Nuxellence Detox helps to smooth wrinkles, plump skin and brighten your complexion. Its secret power lies in repairing your skin’s mitochondrial DNA, the DNA that’s responsible for the energy supply in cells. This will regenerate your skin and improve its radiance within no time.

LookFantastic January 2016

The final item in the box is from Darphin and I am excited by this becayse it is a brand I have been wanting to try for ages now.  The product in question is the Azahar Cleansing Micellar Water. Described as being a gentle cleanser which is suited for all skin types as it is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, as well as being alcohol, fragrance and soap free. It cleanses and removes all traces of make-up and impurities, whilst providing a comforting and soothing feeling. Now I am yet to find a Micellar water I like, it is one of those products which I am not bothered about and can live without, but I am interested to see whether Darphin can change my mind.

LookFantastic January 2016

So there you have it. The January LookFantastic box which costs just £15 a month and it is, as you can see, packed with a wide range of products, all of which are really nice sizes so that you can get more than one try out of them.

Libbie Club for January

As we start 2016, it is the perfect time to taking time to stop, relax and wind down before the stresses and strains begin all over again. The Libbie Club January Box is designed to be all about relaxation and pampering and with that theme in mind, three products have been chosen.

Libbie Club for January

The first product is Maddi Alexander's Rose Soaking Salts. These salts are infused with pure rose, cardamom and pink pepper, these mineral-rich combination of sea salt and epson salts will purify and restore your skin and can help stimulate cell regeneration.  I am a huge fan of bath salts and these ones are just divine.  They smell absolutely wonderful, are deeply relaxing and they leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturised.

As always with the Libbie Club, I have an offer for my readers. For these bath salts you can save 50% and get the Maddi Alexander Bath Duo (Salts and Oil) for just £14!

The second item in my box is DHC Deep Cleansing Oil which I have been wanting to try for ages. This product is a water-soluble oil cleanser which contains a rich blend of rosemary leaf oil and hydrating olive oil, they work together to remove make-up, dirt and excess oil without making skin feel greasy. As someone with combination skin, which tends to be oily, I wondered how this would work with my skin and I shouldn't have worried because it works absolutely amazingly well. There is also an additional infusion of antioxidant vitamin E tackles the build up of free radicals that occurs throughout the day, something that when living in London, is vital.

Again, The Libbie Club have a fantastic deal on this product if you are wanting to try it and it is buy one 70ml DHC Cleansing Oil for £11 and get a travel size DHC Cleansing Oil completely free here.

Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager

The older I get, the more I look at products which claim to starve off the wrinkles, eliminate the grey, fill in frown lines and eradicate fine lines. Now I know that there isn't a product that can or will reverse the signs of ageing, but there are products out there which can help.

I am a huge lover of my Foreo Luna, I find my skin loves and responds to it so well as a cleansing device that then I was lucky enough to get my hands on the Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager*I couldn't wait to give it a try. One thing I love about Foreo products is that they charge by USB and once charged, it is unusual that you would need to do this again for at least 4-5 months, even if you use it everyday
Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager
Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager
In typical Foreo style, the design of this device is quirky and it stands out, ordinarily, you might not even know what it is from a first glance and this is what I love about the brand. The Iris is an eye massager which is ultimately designed to make your eye cream work better by improving its absorption whilst at the same time reducing the appearance of puffiness and dark circles, whilst smoothening crow's feet, fine lines and wrinkles for revitalised eyes. It does all of this by using innovative Alternating T-Sonic™ technology which gives this device two different working motions. The first is a gentle 'Pure Mode' which is designed to replicate the feeling of a manual massage and the second is a 'Spa Mode', which combines tapping and delicate pulsations for a professional beauty treatment experience.

I prefer the second working motion and when I apply cream with my fingers to my eye area, I have used the tapping motion ever since I had my first facial over 2 years ago. The difference with using the device is that it makes a simple job even simpler to do and I also find it incredibly relaxing. The usage time is around 1-2 minutes per eye and it works really well with either a serum or a cream.  Aside from using the Iris with my eye creams, if I have eye strain or a headache, just using the tapping mode of this device is actually quite soothing, so for me, this is an added bonus.
Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager
Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager
The iris has been crafted from premium, ultra-hygienic silicone that is gentle to the delicate eye contour area, it is fully waterproof and easy to clean. Add to that, it can be used on the go making it an essential travel item so you can refresh your eyes on the move.

Naturally I love the Iris and find it really useful and enjoy using it.  To purchase it is priced at £119 the Iris comes with a 10-year guarantee and is available from their Foreo here or Look Fantastic and it is available in three different colours.

Lush Rosey Cheeks Facemask

I do love a good Lush Facemask and whilst most people manage to go back to MAC with their empties for a new lipstick, I go back to Lush with mine for a new facemask, this time I picked up Rosey Cheeks.

This mask is perfect for giving your face a really good cleanse.  You know when it just feels in the need for a really good clean and a bit of TLC? Well this is the mask you need, if you havent tried it already.

Lush Rosey Cheeks Facemask
Lush Rosey Cheeks Facemask
Lush Rosey Cheeks Facemask

As you can see it has a lovely dusky pink colour to it and it is quite a thick formula. When I apply facemasks like this, instead of using my fingers, I use an old make up brush for a much more even coating and with this mask, it is a case of a little goes a long way.

Lush use a simple blend of kaolin, calamine and Turkish rose oil which come together to make a mask which smells absolutely divine, think fresh roses and one which removes dirt, calms the skin, cleanses and soothes all at the same time.  After cleansing your skin to ensure all surface dirt and grime have been removed, you apply this mask to the skin and leave it for 10-15 minutes.  The mask doesn't dry hard so that you can't move your face, but it does set.  To remove, grab your muslin cloth or flannel and use warm water.

What I absolutely love about this mask is how calming it is on my skin. I do have redness on both cheeks, which I hide using colour correcting make-up to make it less noticeable.  After using this mask on my skin, those red patches almost disappear and are much less noticeable.  Add to that how divine the mask smells and how clean your skin feels, it is an amazing face mask.

Rosey Cheeks currently retails for £6.75 and you can find more about it right here - link.

Fragrance Shop Discovery Club Classics Collection

If you hadn't guessed by now, I am a huge fan of The Fragrance Shop Discovery Club boxes. This box arrives every quarter and costs just £5. Inside there will be samples of some of the latest fragrances to have launched. The reason I love it so much is because I absolutely love perfume, I am obsessed with it but one of my pet hates is testing them out in a department store because I never feel like a quick spritz is enough to make a decision as to whether or not that perfume is for you.  It might smell good whilst you are wandering around, but you never really get a chance to let it settle on the skin and it is more often than not mixed with other scents. So for me, this box is a great idea.

Fragrance Shop Discovery Club Classics Collection

This quarter see's the re-introduction and re-discovery of some classics with the 'Classics Collection' and inside the box there are ten samples to devour and enjoy with six females fragrances and four male fragrances.

Paco Rabanne Lady Million perfume represents luxury and wealth with fresh floral accords wrapped in a gold diamond. A perfect fit to the 1 Million Man, the Lady Million perfume embodies the luxurious lifestyle through a fresh, woody floral fragrance, offset by sweet Honey.   This is for me, just a fragrance I cannot get on with, there is something about it I just don't like.

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue for Women is a delicate blend of florals and fruits creating a mouth water, fresh fragrance. Using the top notes of Bergamot, Cedar, Bellflower and Lemon  with heart notes of Rose, Bamboo and Jasmine and finally base notes of Amber and Musk, added together this is a stunning scent and it isnt a surprise to me to find that I really like because any scent which contains Jasmine, works well with my skin and smells really nice on me.

Touch of Pink By Lacoste is a fruity floral fragrance for the youthful, energetic female with passion and power. Described as being "The modern classic Lacoste Touch of Pink captures the essence of a woman full of youthful sensuality. She is young yet grown-up, classic yet modern, innocent yet knowing. Her femininity shines from within and her unique charm is as compelling as it is captivating".  I do like this scent a lot, though I always feel that being 30+ I am somewhat too old to like it and wear it.

Jimmy Choo Parfum expresses an aura of strength and beauty and has a dazzling aura of glittering femininity. With top notes of orange, Pear, Green, middle note of Orchid and base notes of Toffee and Patchouli, I find this scent a little too over the top for my liking.  It is one of those which needs a good hour to settle down on my skin and sadly it is just not for me.

Nina Ricci Nina This magical fragrance is a promise of charm, temptation and seductive femininity. Described as being "A modern-day fairy tale of a princess and her enchanting fragrance, a fresh fruity-floral fragrance with mouth-watering red toffee apple accents". I absolutely love this scent, it is one of those that I liked as soon as I spritzed it and it is the peony and apple for me which make this such as lovely scent.

Hugo Boss, Hugo Woman. Last spring, Hugo Boss welcomed Hugo Woman to their collection of fragrances. This fruity, floral scent has an unconventional boyish twist.  Again, it contains Jasmine so I really like it and this is a first for me when it comes to Hugo Boss scents for women because I have never liked a single one until I got this sample.

Fragrance Shop Discovery Club Classics Collection

The four male aftershaves within this collection include:

Lacoste Eau de Lacoste L.12.12. Blanc -  Cool and crisp as a fresh polo shirt. It opens with refreshing grapefruit, laced with the spice of cardamom and rosemary, around a passionate and idiosyncratic tuberose heart. Leather, suede, vetiver and cedar wood lend an insouciant masculinity to its base. Eau De Lacoste L.12.12 Blanc is a pure, clean day sent.  I am personally on the fence with this one, I don't hate it but I wouldn't rush out to buy it either, is one of those scents that if someone asked me what I thought about it I would shrug my shoulders.

Paco Rabanne 1 Million - A fresh spicy leather fragrance that forms the main pillar of the Million range. Originally launches in 2008, it expresses every man's desires and fantasies, he is sure of himself and irresistible. With Paco Rabanne 1 Million, everything is possible with a click of the fingers! The fragrance features peppermint, mandarin, rose, cinnamon and leather for an irresistibly sexy fragrance for men.  Now this scent is so much better than the ladies version, in my opinion, though it isn't one I would buy for the mister because I know he would hate it.

Issey Miyake L'Eau D'Issey Pour Homme - Since 1994, L'Eau D'Isse Pour Homme has become a hallmark of sophistication in the world of fragrances. It awakens the senses with its blend of citrus, precious woods and spices. The pure, energising scent is perfect for a modern, independent man.  This is such an amazing scent, the mister already had a massive bottle, just to ensure it never runs out.

Hugo Boss - Boss Bottled - A true male iconic fragrance that remains as popular now as its launch in 1994. The juice is fresh and sharp with a warm woody base whilst the bottle offers a sleek, uncomplicated but very masculine look. Again for me, Hugo Boss can do nothing wrong when it comes to male scents, this one is just lovely and there isn't a Boss fragrance for men I dislike.

Fragrance Shop Discovery Club Classics Collection

This has been a great box. It has been great to be reacquainted with some classic fragrances as well as be reminded that some, nice though they are, are just not for me.

Are there any scents here that you like/love/loathe?

If you read my blog regularly, then you will be more than aware as to how fabulous I think the brand Bee Good are and how much I love their products. Whenever a new product lands on my doorstep, it is straight out of the packaging to try.

Bee Good Plump and Firm Moisturiser is an intensive daily moisturiser which is suitable for all skin types and it is packed full of amazing ingredients. British honey which is really hydrating for the skin, Raspberry Seed Oil which is antioxident rich and the amazing hyaluronic acid which helps your skin retain moisture and putting all of those ingredients together you have a cream which is said to:

  • Instantly plump, firm and smooth
  • Soften the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles
  • Skin looks and feels intensively hydrated
  • Skin looks dewy with a youthful luminosity
Bee Good Plump and Firm Moisturiser
Bee Good Plump and Firm Moisturiser

Designed to be used both in a morning and in the evening after you have completed your cleansing routine, this handy pump action bottle helps to dispense just enough cream with one pump.  The cream itself has a lovely luxurious feel to it and on the skin, it absorbs almost entirely on contact with the skin.  It smells absolutely divine and it definitely leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth to the touch and it is definitely much plumper, looks much more radiant and no longer looks as though I've not seen daylight for weeks.

If you find that your skin needs a little something extra during these cold, dark, horrible wet and windy times, then this cream would be more than perfect. I have absolutely loved using it and a 50ml tube retails for £23.50 and it is more than worth its money.

For those of you who have't heard of them, Bee Good is an independent British skincare company based in rural Hampshire, who have harnessed the centuries-old healing powers of British honey, propolis and beeswax in an innovative skincare range, designed to make a real difference without the use of parabens, synthetic colour, mineral oil, silicone or SLS/SLES. Each and every one of their products are described as being packed with hard-working intensively soothing ingredients, there is nothing better to care for your lips than this nourishing and protective treatment delivered from the flower, to the bee, to you.

Dollibox Beauty Box

Dollibox is a new online subscription service for UK based beauty lovers and I have featured a past box hereWith a Dollibox subscription you'’ll receive five personalised beauty samples, sometimes full-sized every month, tailored to your beauty profile. Your beauty profile consists of some quite specific questions to answer such as where you get your beauty news from, what do you splurge on and how comfortable you are applying make-up. There are also questions about hair and eye colour as well as ethnicity and it takes just a couple of minutes to complete and the content of each box you receive will be based on this profile.

Dollibox Beauty Box

I was kindly gifted the Christmas Dollibox to review and it is said to have a combined content worth of £30 which includes some premium quality and cult beauty products. This is my box:

Anubis Barcelona Cleansing Mousse - Full sized £12
This is the third Anubis product that I have encountered and the cleansing mousse contains both Vitamin C and Ascorbic Acid. Vitamin C is one of the most hardworking ingredients and is a powerful antioxident which helps reduce uneven skintones, minimise fine lines and wrinkles plus it helps to improve elasticity. The foam is silky soft and smells absolutely divine of fresh ripe oranges, once on the skin it is quite moisturising and does remind me of Ole Henriksen african red tea foaming cleanser which I adore.

Dollibox Beauty Box

Osmo Intensive Deep Repair Mask - £3
If your hair is feeling stressed, dry and damaged, then this mask by Osmo might just be what you are looking for. It is described as being a deeply nourishing treatment which helps to restore moisture, elasticity and smoothness and to do that it uses an extract of Jojoba to add shine, Patchouli Oil to tame that frizz and Ylang Ylang to soothe and control excess sebum.

Dollibox Beauty Box

Barefoot Lavender and Mint Foot Cream - £1.50
One part of my body which is my least favourite is my feet, I hate feet per se but I do my best to look after them so noone else has to touch them. This foot cream includes relaxing and antiseptic lavender, uplifting mint and with a spalsh of tea tree oil it smells even more divine than you can imagine. One on the feet, it is instantly cooling and soothing as well as moisturising.

Dollibox Beauty Box

Model Co. Highlighting Trio - £14
Model Co is one brand I don't know that much about and this highlighting trio palette is really beautiful, compact and easy to use. This trio contains a luminizer in shade champagne for highlighting cheekbones, a satin-finish blush in shade peach for cheeks and a glowing bronzer in shade bronze that helps contour and define. Each shade is said to be universal and they blend really well with enough pigmentation to allow you to build up more colour if you feel the need.

Dollibox Beauty Box

Barenaturals Pomegranate & Pink Grapefruit Soap - £3.65
This soap is 100% Vegan, 100% Natural and 100% eco friendly and it smells just absolutely amazing. Sophie La Girafe Cosmetics

I think regardless of whether or not you have children, you will have heard of Sophie the Giraffe, the giraffe shaped teether which every child I know owns and this is unsurprising when an estimated 50million have been sold. Well alongside said teether is an entire skincare range which is just too cute and actually rather good!

Sophie la Girafe skincare is Ecocert-certified natural and organic skincare range for babies and is said to be tolerated by those who have sensitive skin. Within the range there are 6 different products - Hair & Body Wash, Body Oil, Face Cream, Bubble Bath, Protection Cream and a Body Lotion. Each Bottle or tube features Sophie la Girafe and can be found in places such as Harrods and Boots.

Sophie La Girafe Cosmetics

Sophie La Girafe Cosmetics

I was kindly sent the Hair & Body wash which I wasn't too sure about to begin with but it grew on my very quickly. It has a mild Lavender scent which I really like and find quite soothing and once it comes into contact with water, it forms a gentle. On the skin it is so gentle and after washing my skin felt so soft and smooth and incredibly moisturised. There are four main ingredients which are:

  • Oat Milk to gently cleanse the skin and hair. This mild ingredient is well tolerated, even by babies with sensitive, allergy-prone skin.
  • Cotton which moisturizes and conditions the hair, as well as helping untangle knots.
  • White Tea which protects the skin during washing – it provides antioxidant protection to the skin and hair
  • Lavender Water to provide gentle cleansing of even sensitive and allergy-prone skin

As you might expect, being Ecocert-Certified you won't find any of the following within any products from the range - GMO (Genetically modified organisms), nano-particles, synthetic perfumes or dyes, animal components, lanolin, phthalates, parabens, chlorine, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), MIT, triclosan, propylene glycol, benzobarbital, phenoxiethenol or petrochemicals.  Even I am pretty impressed with all of this and more so for a product which smells absolutely amazing and leaves the skin so soft and smooth with no irritations, no stinging, no pinkness and no drying.

So for those of you who want eco friendly skincare for you baby or even yourself, Sophie la Girafe has it covered.

Have you seen the Sophie La Girafe range?

Buzzoole: An Influencer Marketing Platform

There is a new website on the block called Buzzoole, an Influencer Marketing Platform which you might have seen sneaking its way into and onto social media. It sells itself as an ideal tool for anyone who is a social media addict that wants to improve both their presence and their popularity across them. Okay, so I am usually found pinning on Pinterest, posting on Instagram, sometimes on Facebook and Tweeting on Twitter, so I am guessing that makes me slightly addicted.

What Buzzoole does is use its own algorithm, based on your social network sites, to work out how popular and influential you are in certain categories, it then sorts them into this rather scary looking polygon to work out where you stand and mine looks something like this currently. I was surprised to see some topics have a bigger percentage than others and would love a breakdown as to what is covered under each area.

By using this graph, the aim is to help you become more influential with your online presence as well as teach you how to optimize your skills and in doing all of this. As Buzzoole is a completely automatic tool, the matching process is completely automated. A user can be selected when he/she’ll be deemed suitable for one or more campaigns in the platform, this is what Buzzoole say:

"Buzzoole is an influencer marketing platform that allows brands to identify social influencers and brand advocates within any social media channel. Through our platform, you can engage influencers in a fully automated way by providing them special offers or inviting them to exclusive events, thus stimulating the buzz around your products and services".

I signed up within a matter of minutes, linked my active social media accounts and voila, I am a member.  If you are thinking of signing up, then you can do so right here - link. Once you have signed up, there will be opportunities to join campaigns to earn yourself some credits, those credits do vary depending on the brand/company and what it is you are being asked to do, though please be aware that you will not be able to participate in every campaign, this is all determined by your polygon and how influential you are in certain areas.

The credits that you earn, for each campaign you do can be exchanged for an Amazon giftcard and your credit page, which is updated twice a month, will lead you to something like is.

Alongside campaigns, there is a chance to earn credits by referring people to join, completing your profile, taking an introductory survey, sharing your polygon graph and downloading the app onto your phone to name a few.  You can also earn badges, which are shown on your profile. Every badge that you achieve represents your influence and engagement in a particular category: Social, Campaign related, or Referral badges.  So essentially, you are being rewarded for the amount of time and effort you put into helping to and making yourself become more noticeable.

The one addition I would love to see on Buzzoole is that of Pinterest.  I am obsessed with it as a social media tool and spend a good few hours a day randomly pinning pictures to my boards, in doing so it drives quite a lot of traffic to my blog. The same can be said for both Periscope and Snapchat, two sites I also use and again have a growing following on, infact I spend more time on Periscope watching other people than I do on Facebook and youtube.

So, if you think Buzzoole is a site worth trying, then here is a little video that they have made to give you more of an idea as to how Buzzoole works, here it is explained for you.

**This is a collaborative post, but is an honest review of the site as I have experienced it.
