Christmas Gifting with Ren Clean Skincare

I was kindly sent two of the products from the Ren Christmas Gift Sets* and there are six on offer in total. So whether you are, like me, a massive fan of REN, want to discover more about the brand or simply want to stock u on your favourites, there is something to celebrate each of the best the brand has to offer.

The first product I am sharing is one of my 'must-have' items from REN, it is something I am never without on my bedside table and possibly, one of my most repurchased items.  The Evercalm Overnight Recovery Balm (£50), which featured in my Ren Skincare Heroes post back at the beginning of the year.

This Balm is literally perfect for anyone and everyone who feels their skin is in need of some TLC. Whether your skin dry, irritated and is in need of some calming, this balm is a miracle working. This balm is really rich and is said to feed your skin with lipids from Olive, Almond, Borage and Linseed oils, all of which have been activated so they are easily absorbed into the skin. The second gift set within my collection is the Body Bliss Rose Duo and if ever there was a duo to try from REN, especially if you love the scent of Moroccan Rose, then this is the one you need.  I absolutely adore the scent of rose and both of these products are just stunning, featuring one of the world's most expensive essential oils, rose otto oil is known for its ability to soothe and calm, leaving skin soft and cleansed, and the mind de-stressed.

The duo included within this set is the Moroccan Rose Otto Body Wash and in the same scent, the body lotion. Infused with the most wonderful aromatherapeutic Rose Otto Oil, plus a blend of Palmarosa and Geranium Oils, not only is the scent uplifting, it leaves your skin delicately scented, smooth and feeling moisturised. Using the two together intensifies that incredible scent on the skin whilst the fragrance from the body wash, lingers throughout the house too.

Gemporia Jewellery - Three Tone Sterling Silver Ring

When Gemporia got in touch to ask if I would like to try and review some of their jewellery, the hardest decision wasn't saying yes, it was choosing a piece of jewellery because not only is there a lot of choice, but the prices are amazing too.  

Gemporia, if you have never come across them are a business who set up the very first gemstone channel, known then as Gems TV in 2004. I decided to choose a ring, something I could wear everyday that worked with my working from home attire as much as it does my Office Christmas Party on Zoom outfit. Initially, I looked at rings featuring my birthstone of a Ruby, I don't own a piece of Ruby jewellery and the ring I should have inherited from my grandmother was stolen in a house invasion. Anyway, I then got side-tracked by stacking rings and finally settled on this classic and I absolutely love it.  

With the three tone rings of gold, silver and rose gold, they sit together tightly enough so that they don't constantly spin around on your finger whilst you are wearing them, but are a great distraction to twiddle with when you are procrastinating!

Choosing your ring size with Gemporia is really easy and a process other brands should most definitely adopt!  Gemporia has an app which you can you download onto your phone and on it has a ring-sizing option on it.  All you need to do is place a piece of your current jewellery onto your phone screen and toggle with the settings slightly, following the guide, this then chooses your size and you can order your ring.  Ring sizes go up to a size W, so if like me you have big knuckles, you will find something to wear.

Margaret Dabbs Pure Gold Elixir For Feet

Giving the gift of wow comes easy with Margaret Dabbs products, of which I am a huge fan and I featured a few of the products here. Today I am sharing the Pure Gold Elixir for Feet and it is every bit as luxurious as it sounds!

This luxurious gift arrives in a beautiful white custom made presentation box with gold foiled crest as well as a ‘Pure Feet’ illustration. Also clearly visible is the product name, ‘Pure Gold Elixir’ which is embossed in white on the sides. Margaret Dabbs' Reviving Elixir is described as being an expertly formulated lotion which is enriched with Colloidal Gold. Colloidal gold is known for its ability to heal micro damage and its strong anti-inflammatory properties which in turn helps to reduce redness and swelling. Glossybox - The Best Time Of The Year Edition

The December Glossybox has arrived and it is absolutely stunning in all its pink and sparkle festive design, my favourite packaging of the year!  This box is made up of five fabulous products, handpicked by the Glossy team to get you into that festive spirit, whether it is your office party on Zoom, or a socially distanced drink with your BFF, each product within the box is Christmas inspired.

The first item I came across comes from Symbiosis and it isn't a brand I have heard of before, so curiosity definitely got the better of me. The product in question is the Glycolic Acid + R.N.A Overnight Rejuvenating Eye Serum.

Described as being a product which helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes whilst at the same time encouraging a smoother, softer and more radiant eye area! This full-sized cream costs an incredible £102!

The second product is comes from Nailberry and it is the shade Strawberry Jam and when it comes to Christmas nails, this is the perfect shade.

The shade is described as being a  classic scarlet with a smooth pink undertones. Part of the brands L’Oxygéné range, which is a multi award-winning and toxin-free collection, it is said to be free of the 12, vegan, halal-friendly, water permeable, Gluten Free and much more besides.

The third item within the box comes from Wander Beauty Inc, another brand that I hadn't come across until now.  The product in this case is called the Baggage Claim Gold Eye Mask Packette.

These foil eye masks are designed to visibly brighten, hydrate and reduce puffiness while minimizing the appearance of fine lines and dark circles. Using Hyaluronic acid which, as we know, hydrates skin to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Aloe leaf extract which offers cooling, soothing, de-puffing and awakening effects to that under eye area. There is also a powerful blend of 17 amino acids helps maintain skin’s hydration, texture and healthy appearance.

The fourth product from this months box comes from SportFX which is the Blend and Go Make Up Sponge.

This particular Make Up up sponge is an  8-sided makeup blending sponge. It applies liquids, creams and powders perfectly and has been crafted for precision application, whatever the product.

Finally we have the iconic Palmers Cocoa Butter Original Formula, which I am sure everyone has used at some point in their lifetime.

Packaged inside the cutest little tub, this product has a whole host of uses. As an emollient, it is made from pure Cocoa Butter enriched with Vitamin E, which in turn leaves skin soft and silky smooth.
