StylPro Easy On The Eye Hydrating Gel Cleanser and Cloth

I am a big fan of the brand StylPro and have, in recent months shared some amazing products - the Squeeze Makeup Sponge Cleaner, Glow and Grow Mirror and of course the stunning Luxury Brush Collection. With every gadget Inventor Tom creates, comes a cleansing solution, today this is a slightly different cleanser, it is the StylPro Easy On The Eye Hydrating Gel Cleanser and Cloth.
StylPro Easy On The Eye Hydrating Gel Cleanser and Cloth
When it comes to skincare, cleansing happens to be my favourite thing to do and if I am wearing eye makeup, which I do 98% of the time, I always use a separate eye makeup remover, out of habit.  The Easy On The Eye Cleanser, which happens to be a Vegan Jelly Cleanser, is designed to melt away all traces of face and eye makeup including waterproof mascara.
The STYLPRO ‘Easy on the Eye’ hydrating jelly cleanser and makeup remover. Created with a blend of naturally derived active ingredients this jelly cleanser is gentle on skin and easy on the eye.
To use, you simply massage the jelly cleanser onto dry skin and as you massage, all of your makeup melts away effortlessly, there is no need to aggressively rub your eyes, this jelly does it all for you, even that waterproof mascara which is notorious for not budging, well it is no match for this!

As you use the jelly cleanser, the microfibre cloth, which I soak in warm water, is perfect for using afterwards to gently wipe my face completely clean and remove any last traces of gunk that I have missed. The cloth is delightfully soft and smooth and it washes and dries like a dream too!

Priced around £14.99, this StylPro Easy On The Eye Hydrating Gel Cleanser and Cloth contains naturally derived active ingredients which includes: argan oil, wheatgerm oil and grapeseed oil. It is also suitable for all skin-types, vegan-friendly and free from parabens, preservatives and alcohol.

Described as being an instant pick me up in a tube, this champagne gold highlighter is said to help give the skin a natural glow as it's infused with subtle light-reflecting ingredients to give a dewy, luminous look.

Spectrum Collections KJH 2 Piece Face Brush Set
It has been some time since I got my hands on some new Spectrum Brushes, the last ones being the Ariel Disney Collection, which I just adore. This particular set features two essential brushes which are essential for creating a glowing complexion. Each brush has luxury cream coloured synthetic bristles and alongside the gold-hued copper ferrule, we have glossy olive-toned handles which are made from FSC sustainable wood. Brush 03 is the one you. We’d for using creams and powders while brush 06 is best for use with foundation.

Murad Intense Recovery Cream
I adore Dr Murad and every single product I have tried, I’ve loved. This Intense Recovery Cream, which I’ve already reviewed, is said to be perfect for skin which is dry or severely dry Formulated with microalgae extract, mirabilis Jalapa plant extract, shea butter and macadamia oil which come together to deeply hydrate, moisturise and soothe skin.

Kate Somerville Exfolikate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment.

Created to celebrate the brand’s 10th anniversary, this palette is absolutely stunning and it features 12 highly pigmented smokey-eye shades - from neutrals to bold and even the shimmery, it's the universal palette everyone will love.

E.L.F Cosmetics Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow in Purple Reign.
Described as being a quick-drying, gel based formula, Purple Reign is a faded purple shade with its multi-dimensional glitters and pearls, looks absolutely stunning. Application with a short doe-footed applicator allows this eyeshadow to apply with ease and it has minimal fallout, perfect for wearing on its own or with other shades.

James Read H20 Tan Drops Face
These drops are designed to be used with your usual skincare or SPF. Described as being adaptable gradual tanning drops, they sink effortlessly into the skin to help build an even, radiant and streak free glow. Infused with ingredients such as soothing aloe vera and hyaluronic acid these drops are suitable for all skin tones, and are perfect for combining with your favourite moisturiser, serum, or foundation. With regular use, the complexion is said to appear healthier, more radiant and luminous.

MAX FACTOR Colour Elixir Lipstick – Pink Brandy
With its coral shade, slightly less orange and a little more pink, Pink Brandy is a perfect Spring and Summer lipstick shade. It applies like a balm and has a soft and smooth creamy texture to it with a little bit of shine.  It’s bright, totally out of my comfort zone, but it is a beauty .

DANIEL SANDLER Watercolour Liquid Cheek Colour – So Pretty.
I am always going to be a bronzer girl over a blusher but this Watercolour Liquid Cheek is just stunning. Described as being a medium-toned Pink shimmer, it is suitable for fair and medium skin tones. Lightweight on the skin, the formula is oil-free but it does use silicone so that your look is water-resistant and rub-proof, so once applied it will stay all day. Buildable so you can adapt the colour to look as you want it too, you can use your fingers, a sponge or a blush to apply and blend.

TRISH MCEVOY Intense Gel Eye Liner – Deep Aubergine
If you want to change that black eye liner to something deep but with a hint of colour, this is the one. Deeply pigmented, this gel eye liner, which is in a pencil form, so it is easy to apply and it has the added sponge on the opposite end for smudging.  As this is a gel liner, it glides onto the waterline effortlessly and without dragging or scratching. The colour is also stunning, think deep brown but with purple undertones, so it moves away from the harsh black but adds a little something extra to a brown shade without being too overly dramatic.

As you can see, for £74 this is quite an incredible box of products and whether you like skincare or makeup, there is a whole host of things to try and from some amazing brands.

Rhug Estate Wild Beauty Replenishing Mask with Rhug Honey

I try as best as I can to do a face mask every single week, depending on how my skin feels and the latest product I have been using comes from Rhug Wild Beauty with their Replenishing Mask with Rhug Honey.
Rhug Estate Wild Beauty Replenishing Mask with Rhug Honey
Rhug Estate Wild Beauty Replenishing Mask with Rhug Honey
Until this mask arrived, I had never come across Rhug Wild Beauty and I am so glad I now have because it is such a wonderful story to what is an incredible brand in more ways than one. Lord Newborough, owner of the Rhug Estate, is the genius behind Wild Beauty. Rhug came to the family back in 1637 and forms the families main residence in North Wales. Inspired by the 12,500 acres of land which surrounds the Rhug Estate, Lord Newborough has transformed it into what has been described as a thriving and diverse business and recognised brand embracing farming, green energy, retail, wholesale and most recently, skincare.

Unsurprisingly, when you read all about Wild Beauty skincare, you won’t be too surprised to find that not only does it use the highest quality but also natural, organic, hand-picked and wild foraged ingredients which includes organic crops, wild forage, spring water, honey and beeswax which comes directly from around Rhug Estate. But that’s not all, most of the products are packaged in recyclable frosted glass jars or bottles, if you choose to have a product delivered, it too is made from 100% recycled cardboard and printed with 100% vegetable inks.

So the Replenishing Mask with Rhug Honey is described as being a purifying and replenishing treatment mask which is designed to target skin which is dull, dehydrated and congested skin for a smoother, brighter and more refined complexion.
Rhug Estate Wild Beauty Replenishing Mask with Rhug Honey
Formulated with key ingredients including:
  • White Clay (Kaolin): This mineral-rich clay is perfect for deep cleansing and absorbs excess oil. A less-drying and gentler type, making it ideal for dry and sensitive skin types.
  • Organic hemp seed and plum seed oil: Both vitamin-rich and contain nourishing fatty acids to help protect the skin with their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. Not only they are very hydrating and healing, but they also don’t cause pores clogging either. Oily acne-prone skin types won’t need to worry about them.
  • Honey: This arguably the oldest skincare ingredient has natural healing properties. It is very nourishing, soothing and has antioxidant as well as antibacterial properties. Its wound healing power promotes collagen production and works to protect the skin barrier.
  • Heather Flower: Traditionally known for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It has a strong antioxidant benefit because of the presence of flavonoids. Also, a source of tannins which provides an astringent effect can help protect the skin from damage.
  • Yarrow Leaf: A natural anti-inflammatory, promotes the regeneration of skin cells. It soothes dry or irritated skin.
Now my skin, post-Covid is just a nightmare but it also doesn’t tolerate most products which contain Kaolin Clay, so knowing that this mask used it as an ingredient, I was ready with a sink of warm water, a muslin cloth and some Aloe Vera just in case my skin started to burn. It didn’t.  I can count on one hand the number of products I had use with Kaolin Clay as an ingredient, this being product number 3, conversely there is 7 products that I cannot use…

I love the putty like texture of this mask, dark green and murky and whilst it looks incredibly thick, it melts onto the skin pretty much as soon as it comes into contact, whereupon which, it is like a balm and a delight to use.  Once on the skin, this mask, which is designed to be used as part of a weekly routine, should be left it to work its magic for between 10-15 minutes and then remove with some warm water and a muslin cloth.

The Rhug website does state that there is the use of Jasmine Flower Oil, Neroli Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil alongside others and whilst there is a wonderful fresh scent there is a hint of earthiness which I found quite calming and definitely how I would expect the mask to smell, given its origin.

I love that this mask has been loving created in one of the most natural of ways and it is definitely on the pricey side at £75 but it is a delightful treat and it has made me want to try pretty much everything the brand has to offer - from the Skin Tonic to the Body Scrub to the Hyaluronic Serum, the entire range sounds absolutely wonderful.
