Christmas with Burt's Bees

Once again this year, Burt's Bees have an incredible range of Christmas products and today I am sharing some of them with you from stocking fillers and medium gifts to full-on gift sets which promise to keep you looking and feeling amazing from head to toe.

As always with Burt's Bees, there is something for every budget, so whether you need a last-minute Secret Santa, a stocking filler or something a little bit more special, there will be something ticking that box.

The first items from the Burt's Bees Gift Collection is called 'A Bit of Burt's Pomegranate Gift Set and it is one of my favourite items because it looks so festive in red and gold and I have mine hanging on the Christmas Tree.

Inside the bauble, you will find the Pomegranate Lip Balm (4.25g) and this is one of my favourite lip balms from the range.  It is infused with hydrating Coconut oil and vitamin-rich Pear Extract to moisturise and renew your lips and it smells just absolutely heavenly.  The second product is the Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream (8.5g) and I always have a tin of this on my desk. It has been specially formulated to moisturise and soften dry cuticles. Infused with sweet almond oil and cocoa seed butter as well as vitamin E and sunflower oil all of which help to nourish nails. It also has a wonderful fresh lemon scent.

The second gift set is the Burt's Bees Get the Look (£14.99).  If you have never tried a Burt's Bees lipstick, then you need too because they are amazing, I actually reviewed them here on my blog.

With a simple 'How To' guide, this gift set contains both a lipstick and a Tinted Lip Balm. I have shade Sunset Cruise and Rose and they work really well together or on their own. Each lipstick contains raspberry seed oil and responsibly sourced beeswax. Perfect for those who don't want a nude lip shade but rather something with a bit of colour to it as Sunset cruise is best described as being a really pretty medium coral shade. The Tinted balm in shade Rose and what I love about these balms is that they add a lovely hint of colour to the lips whilst being incredibly hydrating.

The final set in my collection is the Burt's Bees Spa Collection Gift Set (£29.99) and it is described as being a collection of an enchanting mix of products to create a relaxing and aromatic experience for a loved one and keep their skin gorgeous and glowing.

Inside the collection you will find:

• Candle-Lavender Fields (85g) - Until now, I had no idea you could get a Burt's Bees Candle and this one smells insane.  If you love the scent of Fresh Lavender, then this is one you will love.
• Detoxifying Charcoal Sheet Mask (9.35g) - This is another product I am yet to try and the mask is enriched with Charcoal, WillowBark and Honey and cleanse the skin and remove impurities whilst at the same time leaving the skin feeling nourished and moisturised.
• Moisturising Lip Mask (1 sheet) - This Lip Mask I have reviewed here but it is enriched with a blend of natural ingredients including Meadowfoam Seed and Almond Oils which both hydrate, nourish and moisturise. 
• Cucumber and Mint Lip Balm (4.25g) - This lip balm smells insanely good, once you remove the cap you get a hit of both Cucumber and Peppermint and they both work to hydrate, refresh and moisturise the lips.
• Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream (15g) - Again with its wonderful Fresh Lemon Scent, this cream has been specially formulated to moisturise and soften dry cuticles. Infused with sweet almond oil and cocoa seed butter as well as vitamin E and sunflower oil all of which help to nourish nails. 

I think this collection is an incredible value for money and it offers a real insight into Burt's Bees as a brand and showcases some amazing products.

Nude Jewellery - Rose Quartz Gemstone Vanilla Link Pendant

I love buying pieces of jewellery as gifts, whether it is a charm for a bracelet, some earrings or even something more lavish like a watch that the mister has had his eye on. I love to receive jewellery as a gift because I think it is one of those items that someone has to have put some thought into purchasing for you, there must be a reason it caught their eye and made them think of you. New to my collection is this stunning Rose Quartz Vanilla Link Pendant from Nude Jewellery and it is just absolutely stunning, I haven't taken it off since it arrived.

If you have never come across them before, Nude Jewellery is a UK based jewellers who handmake all of their pieces, something they are incredibly and should rightly be, proud of.  They launched in 2001 and the main aim of Nude Jewellery was to provide its customers with nothing but the best in independent design jewellery and to do that, the collections are designed by award-winning jewellery designer Nikki Galloway and her in-house jewellers, and many of the Nude Jewellery pieces are only available on their website and not anywhere else.  What I love about the website is that everything is so clearly laid out and there is just so much to see, as well as having the option to create your own bespoke design, which I really like the idea of.

I was very kindly sent the Nude Jewellery Rose Quartz Gemstone Vanilla Link Pendant (£95) and it is just absolutely stunning, definitely a wow moment when I opened the box that is for sure. 

The Nude Jewellery Rose Quartz Gemstone Vanilla Link Pendant is a delicate handmade, hand textured hammered link hanging from a sleek silver snake chain embellished with a beautiful rough cut pale pink rose quartz gemstone which is roughly 25mm in length. The necklace chain is available in three different chain lengths; 16″, 18″ and 20" and my necklace sits on an 18" chain and is just the perfect length for how I like my necklaces to sit and it has a clasp closure which is easy to open and close.

I have put the Rose Quartz gemstone against the red berries of my Christmas decoration so that you can see just how beautifully pink the Rose Quartz gemstone is and I love that it is such a delicate colour.  I love reading about gemstones and it seems Rose Quartz is no ordinary gemstone if you believe or are interested in the healing powers of crystals, then you might be aware that the Rose Quartz is often referred to as 'The Love Stone' and this is because it sends off strong vibrations of love, happiness, warmth, and emotional health. It is also said to help with lowering stress and tension in the heart and that Rose Quartz clears out anger, jealousy, and resentment of others, and allows the healing of heart issues, to name just a few of the healing powers.

I absolutely love this pendant, it is just so beautiful and one I will get a lot of wear out of. Being by Sanctuary Spa

I absolutely love bath bombs in my bath, the joy of watching they fizz around the tub never gets old and these Salted Caramel & Macadamia Bon Bombs are just divine.  The packet contains 12 mini bath bombs and depending on your preference you can add more than one to your tub, the more you add the sweeter and stronger the scent and ultimately more fizzing. 

Once the bath bombs have finished fizzing, you can lie back and enjoy the sweet scent, which makes me hungry every single time I've used them.  These Bath Bombs are a lot of fun and are priced at just £12 (currently on offer for £9 in Boots) making them a great stocking filler.

Up next we have the Being by Sanctuary Spa Donut Disturb Cookie Jar Gift Set. This set contains a 50ml bottle of Bubble Bath 50ml, a Face Mask, a Body Puff and most fun of all an Inflatable Drinks Holder in the shape of a donut!

This set is priced around £15 and again, as soon as you remove the lid from what reminds me of a penny sweet jar, the scent of caramel is just so inviting.  The bubble bath creates copious amounts of salted caramel scented bubbles and the facemask, which I love, smells good enough to eat.

The final gift set within my little trio is called 'I Don't Give a Frappe' which made me chuckle when I saw it. Packaged inside a drink cup with accompanying straw you will find a Body Wash 50ml, Body Lotion 75ml, Body Mist 50ml and the Body Puff.

The scent for these products is fierce Chilli Mango & Tonka Bean and again, the scent is just amazing, this is my favourite so far, it is sweet without being too sickly and it is a scent which lingers so well on the skin. Costs just £15 but is on offer at Boots for just £11.75.
