REN X SELFRIDGES PROJECT EARTH BEAUTY BOX

Update - this box is now available online here*

I am a huge fan of Ren Clean Skincare, it is possibly evident from every review I share on this blog, but the fact remains that my skin loves them, I love the brands ethos and I happen to be pretty impressed with this current campaign. Ren Clean Skincare have come forward to be part of Selfridges Project Earth Campaign, in doing so, a box of products has been carefully curated and is presented in this beautiful box - but it is only available in store and not online, so if you happen to be in the vicinity of Selfridges, then you can pop in and grab it for yourself.

The Selfridges Project Earth Commitment is about questioning the past, present and future of sustainability for Selfridges. The belief is that together, through our daily actions, we can create a more sustainable future for people and the planet and we do that by questioning everything from the way we shop to science, conservation, the clothes we wear, how clothes are made and so much more.

Exclusive to the Selfridges Project Earth Commitment x REN Pop Up is this REN limited edition beauty box - which is also in collaboration with Silken Favours too, who happened to design the beautifully illustrated Marine Box, which also comes complete with a recycled bow, you will find: three full sized products from Ren Clean Skincare plus, two mini items and one deluxe sample. The final item in the box is Seahorse illustrated drawstring wash bag. The box itself will set you back £115 but the contents are worth £153, giving a saving of 25%!

Each of the products selected to be within the REN x Selfridges Project Earth Commitment have been selected for a number of reasons. For some it is their groundbreaking ingredients, other it is the technology or it is the products packaging. REN have a commitment to be zero waste by 2021 and that means all of their packaging will be 100% recycled, recyclable and reusable.

Contents

REN Clean Clear Jelly Oil Cleanser; - This is one of REN's newest launches and it has been clinically proven to remove SPF, pollution and even your waterproof mascara! The packaging is sustainable and the jelly Oil Cleanser is housed in a 50% post-consumer recycled tube with a 100% post-consumer recycled cap.  You can read my full review here.

REN Ready Steady Glow AHA Tonic;  A gentle one that focuses mainly on Lactic Acid and it is suitable for even sensitive skins.  It is formulated with the pH of 3.5; the optimum pH at which your skin naturally exfoliates. Harnessing the power of three sustainable, natural bio-actives - Lactic Acid, Salicin and Azelaic Acid Precursor each one of these ingredients work together and each one is quite incredible You can read my full review here.

REN Overnight Glow Dark Spot Sleeping Cream; This is hydrating night cream works to help target uneven pigmentation on all skin tones whilst you sleep at night as well as visibly improving hydration and radiance. A Vegan formula which is housed in fully recyclable packaging. You can read my full review here.

REN Evercalm Global Protection Day Cream; For REN, this was an industry first with the Infinity Packaging - essentially this is packaging that has been completely broken down to make something new and when you recycle it again, it will continue to be recycled and turn into something else.  The REN Evercalm Global Protection Day Cream is a brand best-seller and one which has been around for 20 years.  Described as being  wonderful barrier to sooth, calm, nourish and moisturise the skin without being greasy.  I am a huge fan of this cream and you can read my full review here as to why.

REN Clean Screen Mineral SPF30; A mattifying facial sunscreen which features no chemicals offers SPF30, UVA/UVB and Blue Light protection and a vegan, naturally derived formula. A zero waste product which is fully recyclable. You can read my full review here.

REN Atlantic Kelp and Magnesium Anti-Fatigue Body Wash; This is one of my favourite products and one of my favourite collections from REN. Using a rich source of magnesium and antioxidants to help cells detox, this body wash uses the benefits of sea kelp and seaweeds to fight fatigue, stress and pollution. It is packaged in a 100% recycled bottle. You can read my full review here.

As I mentioned, this is an in-store exclusive Beauty Box to Selfridges here on Oxford Street in London, so that is the only way that you can purchase it.  That said, you can buy all of the items inside the box separately from REN directly or other online retailers.

The REN x Selfridges Project Earth Commitment Beauty Box is priced at £115
