Jane Iredale Dream Tint

I am not and never have been a fan of foundations which feel thick, are too thick and look too thick, I am much happier with light coverage or a tinted moisturiser for the majority of the time. The latest addition to my life comes from Jane Iredale with Dream Tint.
Jane Iredale Dream Tint
Since Dream Tint arrived, I have worn it almost every day. It not only has an SPF15 but is formulated with lightweight minerals and is described as being 'a tinted moisturiser that not only hydrates and provides sheer to medium coverage, but helps prevent trans-epidermal water loss'.  I have oily/combination skin which is dry on my cheeks, between my brows and currently, the tip of my nose, so I need to use something that doesn't stick to those dry patches or enhance them, Dream Tint does neither of those.   As well as those lightweight minerals, you will also find a hydrating blend of Shea Butter, Jojoba Seed oil and Algae extract and then there is White Tea Leaf Extract, a powerful antioxidant that helps to calm and soothe the skin.

When it comes to the texture of products like this, I am really picky. As I have mentioned, I am not a fan of overly thick formulas and have in the past tried a few tinted moisturisers which were so thick, I found them a nightmare to blend. Thankfully, this formula, I am delighted to say, blends like a dream onto the skin, whether you use a brush, sponge or your fingers.  The claim is that once applied it works to 'minimise the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and enlarged pores for a refined, soft-focus finish' and to some extent that is true fir me personally, though I don't have enlarged pores, it does give a soft focus finish and because the coverage is between sheer and medium, it does cover the redness I have on my cheek, just the one, amazingly.

Dream Tint is available in seven different shades which I have listed below.  As you can see from the swatches above, I suspected I would be the shade Light, which is the lightest of the shades and it works perfectly for me and my complexion and in the summer months, when I do pick up a slight tan, I could move to medium light.
  • Light (light beige)
  • Medium light (light medium with yellow undertones)
  • Medium (medium with yellow undertones)
  • Medium Dark (medium dark with peach gold undertones)
  • Warm Bronze (medium dark with peach undertones)
  • Dark (deep with golden undertones)
  • Peach Brightener (colour correcting light with strong peach tones)
Priced around £46, Dream Tint from Jane Iredale and if you are wanting to try a tinted moisturiser which does everything and more, then this is one to consider!

How does casino ie help to improve well-being

Wellbeing

Playing in the casino has many unconditional advantages, for example, the fact that it helps to distract from the grey everyday life, cheer up and even get some material profit. Entertainment, like casino ie, becomes an «outlet» for those who seek to quench their thirst for excitement, but do not want to go anywhere and waste time packing. However, in addition to these obvious advantages, online gambling has one more thing – improvement in health indicators. This hypothesis was recently confirmed by doctors from Germany.

How does the casino help to improve health?

Despite the fact that playgrounds have long been legalized in many European countries, in America, there are still those who discredit the world of gambling. But there was a group of testers who decided to forever refute the words of those who are trying to prove the disadvantages of the casino. However, in a recent study by German medical experts, it was confirmed that gambling is beneficial to human health.

So, the staff of the medical center conducted a long study. Its essence was to identify the benefits of people's passion for gambling. At the same time, a modern gambling establishment was taken as a basis, such as casino i.e, where there are slot machines. The researchers conducted a series of experiments in which both beginners and professional players of online platforms participated.

In equal conditions, doctors observed thanks to special high-precision equipment the vital signs of the participants. In particular, they measured blood pressure, pulse and other parameters. The results of the study really stunned them.

It was proved that the subjects in the process of playing not only improved mood, well-being, appeared more vital energy. All these are quite subjective assessments. But the results taken from the equipment proved that there is not a drop of lies in the words of the players.

So, when playing slot machines, people's pulse increased, which was due to the release of adrenaline and other substances, hormones. As you know, the increase in heart rate has a positive effect on the work of many organs and body systems. For example:

  Vascular conductivity improves.

  Brain function is improving.

Due to blood thinning, the heart muscle is strengthened.

In addition, it has been proven that a rush of adrenaline can act as a non-strong analgesic. That is, a game, for example, in casino ie, can relieve a headache.

It also turned out that addiction to gambling can replace a trip to a psychologist. For example, those participants in the experiment who were in a little stress or experienced problems with social adaptation, became more smiling, open. Also, some people had anxiety relieved.

Earlier, similar results of the study were published by scientists from Austria. In fact, the idea is clear – to some extent, excitement helps people feel better, as well as somewhat improve their health.

What other advantages are there for gambling on the Internet?

In addition to the above advantages, it can be noted that:

Online platforms save time. No need to go to a land-based casino to enjoy your favourite slots.

It doesn't take much time. It is enough just to carry out the simplest registration, make a deposit, and you can start entertainment.

Online casinos can be enjoyed at any time. The play areas are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. In addition, they are available both on a computer and on a mobile phone.

Of course, you should not consider gambling as a medicine. So far, the benefits have not been proven by the most reputable medical institutions. But the fact that playing popular slot machines lifts the mood and makes the colors brighter can be confirmed by hundreds of thousands of players around the world.
