Temple Spa in aid of Mind 2021

Temple Spa has donated to the charity Mind since 2018 and in that time they have raised an incredible £301,000.  In their continued effort to contribute and raise awareness to the Charity, they have once again put together an amazing package of products.

Throughout the whole of October, Temple Spa will, for every full-sized jar of REPOSE that is purchased, not only will you receive another Limited Edition REPOSE for free, but a donation of £6 from each purchase will go to Mind.

For more than 60 years, Mind has worked to improve the lives of all people with experience of mental health problems. Through their public campaigns, lobbying of the Government and with more than 1000 services that Mind has delivered across communities in England in Wales, it is such a worthwhile cause to support.

REPOSE is Temple Spa's best-selling night cream, which I absolutely love and have featured on my blog a few times.  

Described as being an aromatherapy night cream and often referred to as being ‘a good night’s sleep in a jar, REPOSE is one of those products you reach for when you just need some time out, to relax and unwind and think of absolutely nothing. Latest In Beauty Sunday Times Style Double Edit

The Latest in Beauty Sunday Time Style Edit beauty boxes have arrived. Together, these two boxes not only feature 26 products but are said to be worth over £500!

L'OCCITANE Caring for Sight Collections

The Caring for Sight collections have been created to celebrate World Sight Day on the 14th October 2021 and increase the number of beneficiaries we are able to reach in order to prevent avoidable blindness; £5 from the sale of every collection will be donated to UNICEF to help fund vitamin A supplementation programs worldwide.

Why Vitamin A? 

285 million people in the world suffer from visual impairment, and in 80% of these cases, subsequent blindness would have been preventable if treated appropriately. Vitamin A deficiency represents one of the leading causes of infantile blindness, which is why L’OCCITANE continues to partner with UNICEF to help fund the development of these programs.

Between 2017 to 2019, L’OCCITANE committed to donating a minimum of 1 million euros per year to UNICEF, and at the end of these years, more than four million children from Myanmar, Bolivia, Papua New Guinea and Niger received the treatments. The eyesight of 2.3 million additional children was protected than initially projected.

We are proud to have committed to a further three years of the partnership between the L’OCCITANE Foundation and UNICEF, with the hope of preventing infantile blindness in more than 3 million children by 2022. This will total 7 million children whose eyesight has been protected since the partnership began in 2017.

So to continue in their efforts, L'Occitane have created these beautiful Caring For Sight gift Collections and £5 from the sale of every collection will be donated to UNICEF to help fund vitamin A supplementation programs worldwide.
