YourGoodSkin by Boots

There has been a lot of hype on blogs and in print media about Your Good Skin ad if you havent heard about it, I am not too sure where you have been. hailing from Boots, it is their first skincare line for 15 years and it has has been developed with the help of Boots customers, cosmetic scientists and dermatologists.  Across the range there are Concentrates, Moisturisers, Cleansers, Scrubs, a Face Mask, Toners, Base Products and products for being on the go.
YourGoodSkin by Boots
I was kindly sent three products from the range which I have been using for quite some time now and they are what I am sharing within this post.  Like most people, I love trying new products, especially ones which, like Your Good Skin, are designed to restore, maintain and support the skins natural balance.

The first product I have been using is the hero product, the one everyone has been talking about and the one which has been referred to as 'flying off the shelves' and it is the Balancing Skin Concentrate (£16.99).  Described as being a unique and lightweight concentrate, the Balancing Skin Concentrate is clinically proven to improve the five key signs of visibly healthy skin: skin texture, skin tone evenness, moisture levels, radiance and oiliness.  Designed to target the signs of skin imbalance, it aims to deliver hydrated healthy-looking skin in just 28 days.
YourGoodSkin by Boots
To use it, all you need to do is dispense just two pumps into the palm of your hand and massage onto and into the skin, two pumps is more than enough and because it is so lightweight, not only does a little go a long way, less is more on this occasion and it absorbs really quickly and you should use it twice a day. I really like how this feels on the skin and simply love everything about from the packaging which comes with a handy little guide so you can see how long you have been using it and how much you have to left, to how my skins feel after application and how it looks.  It literally is as soon as it claims to be.

The second product is The Nourishing Hot Cloth Cleanser (£8.99). Described as being indulgent and nourishing the creamy cleanser works to remove makeup, dirt, grime and anything else that might be lurking on your skin.  Using the pure cotton clothes which are included in the box, they work to gently polish the skin, gently scrubbing away dead skin cells so that your complexion looks refreshed, radiant and healthly.

YourGoodSkin by Boots

On the skin this hot cloth cleanser is smooth, soothing and as described it is definitely creamy. What I really love is how it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry and stripped afterwards. Using ingredients such as Green Tea, Vitamin C and Bisabolol ( essential oil from German Chamomile) used for it's healing and anti inflammatory properties, it is suitable for even sensitive skin types.

The final product is the Anti-Oxidant Day Cream with SPF30. If you like your creams to be lightweight and silky smooth then you will love this and it has SPF30 which gets a massive thumbs up from me.  Described as being a light fluid formula which slip slides over the skin, this hydrating cream will leave the skin soft and protected from UV Damage.
YourGoodSkin by Boots
I have been applying this cream after using the concentrate daily and I haven't had one single breakout, my skin hasn't reacted but what I have noticed is that my skin not only looks smoother, it feels smoother to the touch, it is definitely hydrated. Priced at just £7.99 it is an absolute bargain to be had.

I have been blown away by how amazing these three products are and they have left me wanting to try even more products from the range. The best part of all of this? It is currently on offer right now in Boots, so grab it quick HERE

It's Skin Mini Bebe Hand Cream

If there is one thing I am slightly obsessed with, it is hand cream and I apply it very very regularly throughout the day.  To that end, I am slowly but surely working my way through a few different K-Beauty hand creams and they are just as amazing as I was expecting them to be.  If you read my blog regularly then you will know that I am also obsessed with K-Beauty.
It's Skin Mini Bebe Hand Cream

It's Skin Mini Bebe Hand Cream is described as being a sweet treat for hands and it is every bit as sweet as the packaging is cute. With a slight Cherry Blossom scent to it, the cream is incredibly hydrating and luxurious. With its non-greasy formula this hand cream is full of amazingly good skin care loving ingredients such as the hydrating and softening plant extracts of cherry blossom, papaya and aloe which work alongside nourishing honey and milk.  One the skin it absorbs on contact and leaves the skin loving scented and incredibly soft and smooth.

Priced at just £5 from BeautyMart it is the perfect hand cream for having in your hand bag so you can use it on the go.

I would love to know if you have tried this hand cream or want too!

Christmas Pyjama's Wishlist + Traditions

I love reading about people's Christmas traditions, everyone I know has their own tradition or 'thing' that they do - be it opening one gift at midnight, not eating Christmas Dinner until after The Queen has spoken or even creating a Christmas Eve box for the kids.
For me, I do have traditions in lieu of Children but ones I have quite possibly, without realising continued to do into adulthood that I did as a child.  I always watch Santa Claus The Movie on Christmas Day morning, it is usually on at 7am on a random channel and no matter where it is on, I am watching it before I get out of bed.  Breakfast is always scrambled egg with salmon, I eat this most weekends but I also have it on Christmas morning.  The one thing I do before doing any of these is to buy a brand new set of Pyjamas and they have to be Christmas themed.  This year I have been on the look out for a good few weeks and admittedly the choice is currently rather rubbish, but I have managed to find some I like and here they are:

I absolutely love Disney and haven't long been back from a week at Disneyland Paris On my wishlist there are three options for Disney themed pyjamas which come from high street stores.  Ultimately for me this year it is the Supermarkets who are winning the war when it comes to Christmas Pyjamas. Having spent a good few hours on one of London's busiest streets yesterday, I found just two pairs of pyjamas I would wear or would want to wear that are Christmas themed.

Mickey & Minnie Mouse Christmas Pyjama Gift Set £16 from Matalan and it features Mickey and Minnie Mouse with the slogan of Kiss Me Under the Mistletoe.

I think everyone has seen ELF and the OMG Santa! I know him.  From Dorothy Perkins they are priced at £25 and have cuffed pyjama bottoms and are made from super soft cotton.

I used to collect Tatty Teddies in my teens and still have loads and loads of then hanging around.  These pyjamas are from Asda and are priced at just £15.  I like the long sleeve top option and the snowflake design bottoms are crafted in a soft fleece.

Minnie Mouse is featuring again in pyjama set number four and again from Matalan this time there is a motif, which reads 'If it’s Snowing I’m Not Going' and that pretty much sums up how I feel about snow! Priced at just £15  and my current favourite set.

Finally and staying with the Disney theme are the 'Disney Crew' pyjamas and they are in Asda for just £15.. Featuring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto and Goofy they are my second favourite option.

So there are my options this year for Christmas pyjamas and as soon as mine are purchased, you will be seeing them on my Instagram so keep your eyes peeled for updates.

Do you have any Christmas Traditions?

My Foreo Family + Black Friday Offerings

I have for years now been a huge fan of the Foreo brand and have used quite a lot of their products, so I thought a post about what I use, when and where I use and why I love them as a brand so much would be quite intriguing.
My Foreo Family + Black Friday Offerings
Foreo is a Sweden based product and their aim is to empower you and brighten your life. Every product they release has a bold or bright colour and they rely on the feedback of people like you and I to constantly improve their designs. Whether you have dry skin, oily skin, combination skin or none of the above, there is a device for you. Here are some of mine:

Foreo Luna Mini - I reviewed this Luna Mini here and still to this day have this device in my bathroom and use it on a daily basis. Having had it for two years, what impressed me a lot is that in that whole time, I have charged the device twice, it lasts forever.
My Foreo Family + Black Friday Offerings
The 'brush' for want of a better description is actually small silicone nodules which feel soft to the touch. It is those nodules which gently massage and cleanse the skin but they are two sided with one side used for regular cleansing and the other for that much needed deeper clean. On the top of the brush are small nodules which are really helpful in getting into the smaller crevices of the face such as around the nose to ensure every part can be reached. There are two different cleansing speeds, one is slightly more intense than the other but astonishingly each one uses up to 8,000 sonic pulses per minute, which sounds absolutely incredible and in all honestly it is.

Foreo Luna Mini 2 Limited Edition - I absolutely adore this Luna Mini and whilst I reviewed it here, it is the one device which comes with me when I go away for a long weekend or a week.

Foreo partnered with GreenWave and SEA LIFE Trust for a second year to launch the LUNA mini 2 Save the Sea Special Edition facial cleansing brush. All of the net proceeds from the sale of this device will go to benefit ocean conservation efforts. This campaign will allow FOREO to continue support for initiatives such as the rehabilitation of endangered sea life and the building of restorative ocean farms to foster wildlife habitats.

I also have the original Luna Mini 2 in Pink and there have been some modifications to this one. Firstly the 3-zone face brush is now 50% larger and made with softer silicone, there are eight intensities to use from when cleaning your face but despite the changes it still uses the T-Sonic pulsations for cleansing.

Foreo Luna Go - If you travel a lot, go to festivals or have regular holidays and weekends away, then the Luna Go is designed just for you.
Like the rest of the Foreo family, it still has the soft silicone touch points, it uses T‑Sonic™ pulsations to remove 99.5% of dirt and oil, and lifts away makeup residue and dead skin cells that lead to clogged pores and it comes in 4 different models to suit different skincare needs.
Foreo Iris - The Iris is an eye massager which I reviewed here, but it is ultimately designed to make your eye cream work better by improving its absorption whilst at the same time reducing the appearance of puffiness and dark circles, whilst smoothening crow's feet, fine lines and wrinkles for revitalised eyes.
My Foreo Family + Black Friday Offerings
It does all of this by using innovative Alternating T-Sonic™ technology which gives this device two different working motions. The first is a gentle 'Pure Mode' which is designed to replicate the feeling of a manual massage and the second is a 'Spa Mode', which combines tapping and delicate pulsations for a professional beauty treatment experience.

Foreo ISSA Toothbrush - As much as I adore my Foreo family, this was the one device I was really unsure about.  It took me long enough to switch from a manual to an electric toothbrush, but this is something totally different.
My Foreo Family + Black Friday Offerings
My Foreo Family + Black Friday Offerings
Described as being a complete oral care solution, the Foreo ISSA combines Sonic Pulse Technology and has a revolutionary silicone design for a brushing experience unlike anything I have ever tried or experienced. Whilst brushing your teeth, a job this does exceptionally well, it also massages your gums with silicone bristles that are incredibly soft and ultra-hygienic. It is made of quick-drying, non-porous silicone that resists bacteria buildup, the ISSA electric toothbrush is ultra-hygienic, carrying up to 10,000x less bacteria than other toothbrushes with nylon bristles.  It is waterproof, lightweight and perfect for on the go because once it is charged it, like other Foreo devices, lasts forever.

Along side all of these devices is their very own skincare collection which includes a Day and Night Cleanser.

My Foreo Family + Black Friday Offerings
These cleansers are designed to perfectly complement LUNA™ devices, the day and Night Cleansers are customised to match the skin’s specific daytime and nighttime needs. The Day Cleanser uses Bergamot and Mandarin Extract which are rich in vitamin C and offers essential antioxidant and purifying properties that restore the skin’s radiance while toning and refreshing. As well as Apricot Seed Extract which nourishes and moisturises the skin. The Night Cleanser uses a peptide extract from Moringa seeds which works to facilitate the elimination of pollution particles and this alongside Sweet Almond which has properties to soothe, soften and deeply nourish the skin

As you can see there are no limits as to what a Foreo can do, whether for your skin, ageing and even your teeth. So if I have convinced you that you need a Foreo in your life from the 24th-29th November there will be offerings of up to 25% on some of the bestselling devices over at Foreo.com!
