Drinks Gift Guide 2023

So the Christmas Food Ship has been done and you've got people popping in and out for festive drinks over the coming days, if you are in need of some gift ideas or even drinks ideas then this is the post you need to be reading!
Drinks Gift Guide 2023
Whether it is beer, gin, prosecco, champagne or something totally non-alcoholic, ive got three wonderful choices to be added to your drinks cabinet that won't break the bank.

Everyone knows I love bit of Aldi beauty in my stash, but they also happen to win awards for their alcohol very single year and aside from their own Processco, which I love, they also have Ballycastle, which some compare to Baileys - I happen to think this is better.
Drinks Gift Guide 2023
The Ballycastle Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel Flavour Country Cream is perfect for those who like to indulge. It is something that can be enjoyed over ice or even added to a hot chocolate to really make your eyes pop.  It is smooth and sweet without the bitterness and I am slowly working my way through each flavour.

If you have a whisky drinker in you midst, then you will be needing to impress them with this The Guard Bridge Blended Malt Scotch Whisky from Eden Mill.
Drinks Gift Guide 2023
Packaged inside the most stunnng gift box, the design of The Guard Bridge packaging and the myriad shades of blue and teal which are present on the bottle, are said to have bee inspired by the tidal ebb and flow of the Eden Estuary – the site of Eden Mill's new distillery and visitor centre where it will continue to produce its own single malts and premium gins. As for the taste? Well im not a whisky drinker, but when I am feeling offish, I do dabble and the description could not be more perfect -
This Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is said to seamlessly combine the sweet, grassy and floral profile of the Lowlands with the robust, spicy and fruity flavours found in Highland whiskies, creating a whisky that showcases the best of both regions.
Stunning in every single aspect of presentation and taste, you can find the Guard Bridge Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl / 46% ABV) for just £45.00 here.

The final offering within this gift guide is for those who do not drink for whatever reason and it is from Clean and Co with their Non-alcoholic Gin.
Drinks Gift Guide 2023
If I am choosing a drink, it will either be Leffe or it will be Gin, though a non-alcoholic Gin has ever passed my mind, until now.  Why? Well it tastes just as good as the alcohol version, only it doesn't give you a headache!  Low calorie and sugar free certainly does not detract from the taste, over ice with a tonic of your choice and no one would be non the wiser as to what was in your glass is 0% alcohol!  Now to make my way through the rest of the collection!

Priced around £16 you can find it here along with more information and some tempting drink ideas from Clean and Co.

Last minute gifts with Flowwow

No matter how organised I am for Christmas, I always need a last minute gift for someone and whether you want to send flowers, a candle, a plant, a cake or maybe even a stuffed toy, you can find everything you need using Flowwow.
Last minute gifts with Flowwow
Flowwow is described as being a handy service that opens the path to 11,000 unique local florists and pastry shops, craft brands and businesses and the best part is that many of them offer a same-day delivery service for thousands of customers from all over the world.

I was recently given the opportunity to try Flowwow myself and who doesn't want to send flowers to themselves? I decided I wanted something that had a Christmas theme - bold reds, greens with a surprise thrown in. So having searched through hundreds of bouquets if all shapes and sizes, I settled on Radiant Reds.

As you can see, Radiant Reds is absolutely stunning and the bouquet is made up of Red Roses, Eucalyptus and other decorate greens but the stand out is quite clearly the red roses which are just so vibrantly red they really have the wow factor.

Flowwow operates in over 1,000 cities worldwide, allowing you to surprise your loved ones from any part of the world and to use the site, whether via an app or desktop, it could not be anymore simple. To start you need to type in your city, or that closest to you or where you wish to send your delivery and the site will then narrow down all of the options available to you, then you simply make your decision and send your chosen item to its recipient. Once your item is listed for delivery, you get updates via Flowwow about your pending delivery, including the scheduled time of arrival and the name of the courier - of course mine had been expected to arrive during a particularly nasty rain storm, so I was worried they might not survive the journey, but as you can see, they absolutely did and perfectly so.

Prices of bouquets and other items with Flowwow are really competitively priced and considering you can send something the same day, I actually think it is a remarkable service, giving no excuse for forgetting important events like an Anniversary, Valentines Day or a Birthday.

You can read more about Flowwow and all they have to offer right here.
