I am really enjoying the Ole Henriksen Truth Collection that I have been working my way through and one of the products I’ve absolutely loved is the Ole Henriksen Truth Juice Daily Cleanser.
The Ole Henriksen Truth Juice Daily Cleanser is priced at £23 and it comes packaged inside a squeezy plastic tube with a flip top cap. It is also Vegan and a delight to use. As you can imagine, being a cleanser means it has a job to do and that is to remove dirt, oil, sunscreen as well as eye makeup including waterproof mascara as well as anything else lurking on the skin and in doing all of that, it should also leave your skin feeling fresh, clean, cleansed and super soft to the touch!
This Truth Juice daily cleanser has a really uplifting citrus orange scent, though it isn’t a sharp and zesty scent, much less zingy than that. The gel texture is really creamy and quite easy to massage onto the skin, this is one of those products where a little goes a very long way. It does lather slightly when massaged onto the skin and in doing so, that orange scent, which comes from Orange Water is really noticeable and I am a big fan of the scent and it helps to revive and refresh the skin. Alongside the Orange Water we have PHA who has the task of helping to loosen and lift dead skin cells whilst the likes of what are referred to as being Truth Botanicals which are Orange, lemon, rosehip, Goji Berry and Sea Buckthorn extracts who come together to condition the skin.
I change when I use this cleanser depending on my mood and what I feel my skin needs. It’s ideal to be used both morning and evening, though I do prefer to use it as an evening cleanser because it works well with other products I like to use, especially as I like to double cleanse. It’s worth noting that this cleanser doesn’t strip the skin or leave it feeling taut after use, it’s an absolute delight to use.
