Formula 10.0.6 | Best Face Forward Daily Foaming Cleanser

Founded in 1933 by chemist Jessie G. Bell and known as Ten-0-Six, the brand we have before us today has gone through quite the revamp and is now known as 10.0.6, a little more up to date and a little more aesthetically pleasing when it comes to the packaging If you have never come across 10.0.6 before it is a skin care line with natural ingredients that are specially designed for skin which might be described as troublesome. Each one of the products within the range is formulated to create balance and give skin a clear and healthy glow.

Formula 10.0.6 | Best Face Forward Daily Foaming Cleanser
Formula 10.0.6 | Best Face Forward Daily Foaming Cleanser
The Best Face Forward Daily Foaming Cleanser is the first product I have used from 10.0.6 and whilst I have seen one or two products pop up on my social media, I had, until now, no idea how big the range was.  Described as being a fresh-foaming gel cleanser which washes away oil and impurities for a sparkling, clear complexion it uses Green Tea and Chamomile which work to pacify the skin and then we have Passionfruit which balances the skin.

The texture of this Gel cleanser is quite a clear thick gel so you only need a small amount. It lathers and foams with or without water, so ultimately it does depend on your preference when it comes to using this. My preference is to ensure my face is damp before I do apply to my skin and it does immediately foam but what I did find was that my skin doesn't feel dry or stripped of everything so that I am rushing to add as much moisturiser as I can.  There is also a lovely scent of passionfruit which emerges through the foam and it smells incredibly fresh instead of a synthetic smell.

After using and having patted my skin dry, I found my skin was soft and smooth to the touch and as I have combination skin, I have an oily t-zone and there was no sign of an excess oil being left on the skin.  I have had no reaction, it hasn't dried my skin out and I have nothing but praise for it.

You can find this Daily Foaming Cleanser in Boots for just £8.99 right here. Have you tried anything from the 10.0.6 range?
