Jurlique Hydrating Mask

As much as I love the Rosewater Balancing Mist from Jurlique, my current obsession from the brand happens to be the Hydrating Mask.
Jurlique Hydrating Mask
Described as being a silky cream mask to replenish and soften skin for a radiant glow, this mask is designed to give your skin round the clock hydration. For me, my skin has been really dry lately and as much as I am using an Essence and a facial oil, it still needs a little more TLC and it is getting it from this mask.

If you are familiar with Jurlique as a brand, then you will know that rose is one of their signature ingredients an within this mask there is the inclusion of the Jurlique Rose oil extract alongside a combination of:
  • Lavender - Has a hydrating and calming effect when used in skin care and aromatherapy. It is used to re-balance dryness on the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed and hydrated.
  • Calendula - Has as intense soothing properties and has been used to rebalance sensitivity on the skin and throughout the body
  • Marshmallow root extract - It soothes redness, relieves inflammation, and helps retain moisture in skin
They come together to work to rediscover skin's natural glow as well as ensuring your skin is left feeling soft and hydrated.

The texture of this mask is what I absolutely love. It isn't too thin that it doesn't sit on your skin, but neither is too thick that it doesn't absorb. The advice from Jurlique is to apply an even thin layer, once or twice a week, whilst remembering to avoid the eye contour area. It is also suitable for overnight use although I have applied it in a morning instead of my moisturising cream and allowed it to work its magic that way and it is also a great afternoon treat from your desk.

Priced at £41 it is available from Jurlique
