The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Range

The only form of Pumpkin I want to see at this time of the year comes from The Body Shop with their Vanilla Pumpkin Range. I was first introduced to this collection last year and absolutely loved it, much more than I had been expecting too, so I am absolutely chuffed to see it back for 2021.
The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Range
This year, the Vanilla Pumpkin Range has a host of new products being launched and I've been lucky enough to try them over the last week or so and they are just as delightful as I had hoped.  So here is what you can expect to find!
Can you smell autumn approaching? Time to cosy up and pamper that body with our scrumptious Vanilla Pumpkin range. Treat your end-of-summer limbs to several cuddly dollops of our Whipped Body Butter, the light fluffy texture melts into a luxurious butter, leaving even the sulkiest skin feeling softer, smoother and nourished with 72hrs of moisture. Lather up with our creamy Shower Cream, or drop our fizzing Bath Bomb in the tub and take in that fragrance. Enriched with vanilla extract from Madagascar, your nose will twitch as it discovers the sweet, warm, baked pumpkin scent with hints of hazelnut caramel, maple syrup and almond milk. There’s seasonal glow on tap with all our Vanilla Pumpkin products.
As you can see, there is 6 products within the range and as far as I can see, The Body Shop has thought of pretty much everything you need to have that good old pamper session in your bathroom as you light some candles, drink your hot chocolate, grab your fleecy PJ's and get ready to settle down under a blanket to watch Hocus Pocus!

The first product that you need to try is the Vanilla Pumpkin Shower Cream (£6.50). Again, this Shower Cream is infused with handpicked vanilla from Madagascar and scented with a cosy, autumnal pumpkin fragrance.

Alongside that vanilla, this Shower Cream also has notes of caramel, maple syrup and almond milk, a hug in a bottle if you will. This for me, gives a sweet almost toffee like scent which you can't help but just adore. In the shower, the scent lingers in the air as it is dispersed with the steam from my hot shower and it is such a cosy scent that it is perfect for Autumn, though I would happily use it all year round.

New to the Vanilla Pumpkin range is the Pumpkin Instant Radiance In-Shower Mask (£18) and it is designed to be used just before you hop into the shower and left on your face, whilst you shower and removed in the shower - clever right!

This In-Shower Mask has been designed to cleanse and exfoliate the skin and I love the mousse-like texture, which I hadn't expected.  If you are familiar with face masks from The Body Shop, they have a really thick texture and this one is much lighter.  It is enriched with natural pumpkin enzymes and cranberry fruit powder, all of which are known for their exfoliating properties. I have used this mask a few times now and I love that it is easy to use in a morning if you are short on time, or in an evening if you want to really have a pamper.

If spending time in the bath is more your way of relaxing, then you will love the new Vanilla Pumpkin Fragranced Bath Bomb (£5) which looks just like a mini pumpkin.

As with most bath bombs, once you have a few inches of water in your bath, drop this bath bomb into the water and it begins to fizz around immediately, turning your bath water into a delightful bright peachy orange colour. The fragrance is exactly the same as the Shower Gel, though to me, slightly stronger and it is really quite comforting to lay back and enjoy.  I have already ordered a few more of these!

Once out of the shower or the bath with your face mask done and your skin smelling incredible, the next new product to the range is the Vanilla Pumpkin Whipped Body Butter (£18) and it is a great partner to the Shower Cream or even the bath bomb, which leave the sweet vanilla pumpkin scent lingering on your skin.

Light and airy, this Whipped Body Butter sinks into the skin as soon as it comes into contact and it not only intensifies the already lovely fragrance, but it softens, smooths and moisturises the skin without being greasy or leaving a a tacky feeling behind. Again you have that sweet baked pumpkin and notes of caramel, maple syrup and almond milk scent which is just divine.

Not leaving the hands out, once again the Body Shop has released a special edition Vanilla Pumpkin Hand Cream (£5.50).

This hand cream is nourishing, non-greasy, it doesn't leave the hands feeling sticky and its as luxurious as you would expect with that, by now, much loved Vanilla Pumpkin fragrance which runs throughout the collection.  With it being a 30ml, it is a hand cream that is perfect for your hand bag, I have mine sat on my desk in the office and if im not using it, I am constantly checking it still smells delightful!

Finally within this collection is another new product and admittedly, not one that I would have ever expected to find! The Pumpkin Spice Lip Juicer (£7) is not only an incredible name for a product, but one that is also really effective at what it is supposed to do!
The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Range
With its chunky cone applicator, it is one of those shaped products that you can always find in your handbag. On the lips, the Lip Juicer is enriched with Community Fair Trade organic olive oil and Shea Butter, so when applied, it glides across the skin leaving a subtle coppery tint in its path and it is neither sticky or tacky, but what it does is really moisturise the lips and smells delightful as it does so.

So there you have the entire collection of The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Range for 2021 and it is on sale right here!
