Omorovicza Cashmere Cleanser

Omorovicza is one of my favourite brands. I adore everything from its luxurious packaging to the products and how they make my skin feel, plus I am yet to find a product I dislike. Pronounced Oh - more - o - veet - za the brand is inspired by tradition, guided by nature and spearheading the concept of Mineral Cosmetology. The Omorovicza skincare range has a rich, romantic heritage. It was founded by a young couple, Stephen and Margaret de Heinrich de Omorovicza, who met in Budapest. One of the cult products from the brand is The Queen of Hungry Mist and if you haven't tried it, then you need too.
Omorovicza Cashmere Cleanser
I have used a lot of Omorovicza products and reviewed them here but new to my collection is the Cashmere Cleanser which I have been using for the last few months and one word which springs to mind when describing it is soft.  I am picky when it comes to a lot of my skincare, especially cleansers because I find some leave my skin feeling quite taut and dry.

From Omorovicza, this Cashmere Cleanser which is infused with nourishing, gentle and soothing actives which cleanse the skin without stripping it to leave it feeling soft and smooth or as the name of the product might suggest – as soft as cashmere. I love how this cleanser feels before I use it, as I am using it and after I have used it. There are no synthetics smells, no scent of alcohol, just a fresh scent which leaves my skin feeling as though it can breathe.
Omorovicza Cashmere Cleanser
Key ingredients within this cleaner include:
  • Calendula extract, known for its anti-inflammatory and decongestive properties, helps soothe and restore the skin.
  • Apricot kernel oil, rich in vitamin A and vitamin E, helps rejuvenate and nourish the skin and promote collagen production.
  • Shea butter nourishes, moisturizes and helps boost the skin’s lipid content.
  • Omorovicza’s patented Healing Concentrate™ leaves skin firmer, more supple and younger-looking.
To use, all you need is to wet your hands and then pump a pea-sized amount of the cleanser into them and then massage onto the skin in circular motions across the face and neck before rinsing thoroughly.  This cleanser is suitable for sensitive, dry, oily, normal and combination skin and my own skin is combination/oily and I haven't had any issues with using it so far, in fact, my skin just loves it.

Priced around £47 for 100ml, this Cashmere Cleanser from Omorovicza can be found on Cult Beauty, Lookfantastic, John Lewis and Feelunique.

Gatineau Perfection Ultime Radiance Energizing Eye Concentrate

Gatineau is a brand I have really enjoyed discovering and the product I have been using of late is the Perfection Ultime Radiance Energizing Eye Concentrate. For as long as I can remember, I have always been told that it is important to have a good eye cream/serum within your skincare routine. However, I am quite picky when it comes to eye creams because I cannot stand anything that is too thick, too sticky or anything that is overloaded with chemicals and ingredients that make my eyes sting and water.
This revitalizing eye serum reduces the appearance of puffiness and dark circles. Instantly absorbed and silky-smooth, it provides long-lasting hydration whilst refreshing and soothing tired eyes.

For me, one of the biggest concerns with my skin is that I am always dehydrated under the eyes, whenever I have my skin looked at through a scanner at beauty stands, it is always the issue that is flagged up.  So I do as much as I can to ensure I use eye creams which are hydrating and I use under eye masks every single week.

Gatineau Perfection Ultime Radiance Energizing Eye Concentrate

The Gatineau Perfection Ultime Radiance Energizing Eye Concentrate (£55 here) uses some incredible ingredients which include:
  • Horse Chestnut Extract - boosts circulation, smooths lines
  • Yeast Extract - fights puffiness around the eyes
  • Sweet Almond Oil - softens and leaves skin smooth, plump and youthful.
Coming together, these ingredients work to ensure the serum provides long-lasting hydration as well as helping to refresh and soothe tired eyes. Spending a lot of time in front of a laptop, computer, iPhone and even Kindle screen all contribute to leaving me with tired and dry eyes and I am loving the formula of this cream.
Gatineau Perfection Ultime Radiance Energizing Eye Concentrate
For me, Gatineau is a luxe brand, the packaging of this eye concentrate is beautiful with the white glass bottle.  I love that it comes with a pump and one pump is more than enough for both eyes and it is perfect for using both morning and evening.  I always use my ring finger to apply any eye cream or serum and I gently pat it until it has absorbed.  I love that it feels smooth to the touch.

Priced at £55 this Eye Concentrate from Gatineau is currently on offer at allbeauty for just £24.95 here.

MUA Pro Base Products

When it comes to creating that perfect base for applying your makeup, MUA/Makeup Academy has a whole host of products ranging from powders and creams to concealers and sticks to help and until very recently, I hadn't tried anything from the range.
MUA Pro Base Products
Within my collection, I have been using and trying six different base products and I am really impressed that there is so much to choose from.

One item I never seem to switch from is Concealer.  I have my favourite two and it is rare I would look for something else.  I was colour matched for this Pro Base Concealer from MUA at their launch event a few months ago.
MUA Pro Base Products
MUA Pro Base Products
Described as being lightweight this concealer offers buildable coverage.  What I like about this concealer is that it doesn't have that horrid wet paint smell, the only way I can think to describe a few other highstreet concealers.  On application, it is lightweight but you can build it up to give pretty full coverage.  It doesn't crease as much as other concealers but I have found the more you apply the more it will crease.

With 10 different shade options within the collection, the price point of £2.50 is pretty darn good!

Moving on from Concealers we have the Pro/Base Full Coverage Matte Pressed Powder. Described as being long-lasting, this powder has a talc-free formula.
MUA Pro Base Products
MUA Pro Base Products
If like me you have combination skin which leads to the oily side, having a powder which sets makeup and prolongs it for a shine free complexion ticks the box for me.  I have a shade which is slightly too dark for my skin tone, but I have given it a try around the house and I do like how it sits on my skin.  Again it has a price of £2.50 which is impressive.

The Pro Base Primer collection gives the option of using a tube or stick option.  I have one of each and the first one to share with you in the Pro Base Banana Blur Primer. Described as being a velvety, mattifying primer with added vitamin E.
MUA Pro Base Products
Lightweight on the skin, what I like about this primer, is that although it isn't blurring as I expected it to be, it does make my liquid foundation sit really nicely on my skin.  Alongside the Banana Primer, there is also the option of having an Oil Free Primer which is also Silicone Free or the Moisturising Primer which has added Vitamin A and E as well as Tea Tree.

Each Primer is priced at £4 and again available from Superdrug.

I am a huge fan of stick products, be it a concealer, cleanser, foundation, bronzer and so on. MUA have a Balm Stick primer which looks similar to a roll on deodorant in style and size.
MUA Pro Base Products
I have the soothe and cool Primer Stick which I loved the minute I tried it. As a solid balm it is incredibly easy to apply and if you have tried anything in stick form, you will get the gist pretty quickly.  Once you have cleansed and moisturised, the idea is that you apply this primer to the areas you need to prime and the Soothe & Cool Stick gives a slight cooling sensation on the skin and the idea with this is to help reduce puffiness whilst soothing skin.

It does a pretty good job at being a primer and I tend to apply to my tzone as I find that is where it works best.  Also within the range, there is the Soothe, Set & Blur Prime Stick, the Softening Facial Oil Stick and the one which intrigues me the most and I intend to pick it up to try is the Make Up Remover Stick.  All priced at £5 via Superdrug.

Setting Sprays and Mists are items I always have in my stash and I have a few highstreet products and a few high-end options to choose from.  MUA have two within their range which I have also been trying and the first is the Mattifying Fixing Spray.
MUA Pro Base Products

I have the Mattifying Mist Spray and it is worth noting that there is also the option to have the Cooling Spray, The Fixing Spray or the Primer Spray too.  This Spray is a lightweight spray when spritzed and although it doesn't soak you through, you definitely notice that it has hit your skin. Whilst it does mattify my skin after using, I didn't find that the effect lasted all day and come mid-afternoon, the oil slick appeared that I had hoped to keep at bay. So for me, this would be a product I would need to carry with me to use more than one if I was to ensure I had an oil-free finish for the entire day.

Each product within this range is priced at £4 and you can find them.

The final item within my MUA Pro Base Collection is the Fixing Mist and the big difference between this and the product above is how it feels when spritzed onto the skin because this one is definitely more of a light mist than a spray.
MUA Pro Base Products
Described as being a Micro-fine mist for easy application and up to 8 hours fixing time, the one thing I would state is that I have found it gives 4-5 hours fixing time rather than the 8 but I have been using it during the warmer weather and I think once the cooler Autumn days arrive, then that 8 hour time will be much more achievable.  I like that there is no chemical scent to this and its selling point for me, other than being just £5, is just how lightweight the mist is.

You can find this Mattifying Fixing Mist and the rest of the Makeup setting sprays at Superdrug.

So there you have my little collection of MUA Pro Base products that I have tried over the Summer and more recently and I would love to know if you have tried any of them for yourself?!

Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Clay Cleanser

There is a list as long as my arm of skincare brands which fascinate me, that I want to try and cannot wait to get my hands on and Sunday Riley was one them.  Ceramic Slip Clay Cleanser is one product I have wanted to try for some time and it was within this Mintd Box that I got my hands on it.
Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Clay Cleanser
Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Clay Cleanser
Designed to be used ideally on normal to oily skin, which I kind of have with combination skin which leaves me oily, this cleaner is described as being deep cleaning, pore purifying and balancing.  The one thing I was unsure of was how my skin would react to the Clay aspect because 9 times out of 10, anything which has clay within it, irritates my skin quite badly.  But, I have read so many encouraging reviews, nothing was going to stop me using it.

Formulate with a combination of French green clay and Moroccan rhassoul clay, both of these ingredients work to not only life away excess oil but to do so without drying out your skin. Alongside the clay, there is also.
  • Vitamin C: Tightens pores and boosts radiance.
  • Black Pepper: Stimulates circulation.
  • Sandalwood: Has anti-microbial properties, helps with skin irritation, inflammation, allergic conditions and eczema. Also promotes radiance.
  • Jasmine: Soothes and restores.
  • Frankincense: A natural astringent that tones the skin.
With its pump action bottle, you only really need one pump at a time because it is slightly runny.  I massage it onto damp skin and what was a clear liquid becomes milky when mixed with water and on the skin, it feels very unlike any other clay product I have ever used, it doesn't feel gritty or scratchy on the skin, infact it feels like most cleansers you will have tried, but with one difference, for me it did hoover up the excess oil, more so than a lot of other products I have tried and my skin didn't feel dry after using it, which impressed me a lot. I had expected my skin to feel so dry to the touch that I was slapping on all the oils I own in an effort to add moisture, but I didn't need to with this.

Priced around £35 here at Cult Beauty, I am told the product is currently undergoing a reformulation, so watch this space.

Are you a Sunday Riley fan?

Alpha-H Multivitamin Super Cream

Alpha-H has been quite the discovery for me, a brand I didn't think I would ever try and is now one I don't think I could be without.  New to the collection is the Multivitamin Super Cream, a product which is described as being a multivitamin in a jar.
Alpha-H Multivitamin Super Cream
Alpha-H Multivitamin Super Cream
Back in 2017, Alpha-H introduced Vitamin Profiling which has been described as a multi-disciplinary approach to lifestyle and ageing using a skin identical topically-applied cosmeceutical vitamins. Essentially meaning that most of us don't take vitamins in any form and in fact less than 1% of those ingested orally ever reach the epidermis and given that our daily lives are now suffering from the effects of pollution, which is taking its toll on our skin – in the form of pigmentation, inflammation, damaged barrier function, loss of firmness and other signs of premature ageing, there is also stress and life in general.  So we need to be doing all we can to bolster the skins antioxidant capabilities.

So, the clever people over at Alpha-H (Michelle is a genius) have released this Multivitamin Super Cream (it is a non-AHA) and it works to deliver time-released doses of bioavailable vitamins and this concentrated cream contains:
  • vitamin A (retinol) to help reduce wrinkle depth and firm the skin;
  • vitamin B (niacinamide) to increase production of ceramides and fatty acids to build moisture;
  • vitamin C (ethyl ascorbic acid) to brighten skin tone and provide antioxidant protection and, finally,
  • vitamin E (tocopherol acetate) to promote healing, hydration and repair
Alongside these vitamins, the cream also contains an ingredient called ‘Pollushield’, an innovative polymer that acts like a microscopic net over the skin to prevent the absorption of toxic metals and urban grime and it is said to have been clinically proven to trap between 74 and 97% of pollutants over a six-hour period.

What I really like about this cream is that being silicone free, it absorbs quickly and is perfect for use during the day or at night.  Using the airless pump dispenser, just two pumps gives you enough cream for one use.

Alpha-H Multivitamin Super Cream
You can use this cream as with and over your chosen serum and is suitable for all skin types but ideally, those which are dehydrated, lipid dry, and showing signs of premature ageing.

This has been one of my favourite discoveries from Alpha-H. Living here in London, I am only too aware as to how much the pollution is affecting my skin. Whilst I am lucky enough to not suffer from breakouts, I do use anti-pollution products to protect my skin and even when I double cleanse, I can see just how much 'guff' has been sitting on my skin, it is vile.

Priced at £45 you can find it here via Cult Beauty.

REN Magnesium Booster Body Spray

My favourite range from REN is the Atlantic Kelp and Magnesium range (review here) which brings together a collection of products ranging from bath oils and body scrubs to body washes and hand cream which has the ability to brighten and de-stress skin, boosting vitality and luminosity while calming the mind.
What can we learn from the ocean? A whole lot about skincare. That's why we've harnessed the unique power of Atlantic kelp and magnesium, known for their ability to brighten and de-stress skin, boosting vitality and luminosity while calming the mind. Find our collection of body wash, lotion, bath oils, scrubs and hand cream here, just waiting to take care of your skin.
The product I have been using quite a lot of, by which I mean I love it so much, I have purchased another, is the Magnesium Booster Body Spray.
REN Magnesium Booster Body Spray
Carefully extracted from the 250 million year old Zechstein sea, the magnesium salts within this body spray help relax the body as well as to purify and restore the mind, body and soul.  It wasn't until I started to use this range that I realised just how amazing Magnesium is, for example:
  • It helps to balance energy levels in our cells ensuring toxin release and fatigue recovery
  • It has anti-inflammatory properties which help soothe irritated skin and promote wound healing
  • It helps relieve joint pain and improves circulation
  • Aids stress relief, relaxation and sleep
Life for me has been quite stressful of late.  I managed to slip and damage the ligaments in my ankle, which has meant wearing an ankle splint and using crutches to get around which hasn't been fun at all and I am not the best patient in the world. Being unable to do things such as have a bath, walk down the stairs, go for a walk, do the shopping and even the housework have all been a struggle.  So products like this from REN are an incredible thing to have.

There are a few ways to use this spray.  The first is to spray over the body liberally after showering, ensuring you massage it into the skin and focus on those aching and tired muscles.  You can also use it before bedtime, literally spraying across the body (and bed) to help prepare you for a restful nights sleep.

You can find this Magnesium Booster Spray for £15 from SpaceNK

Sensse Facial Contour Definer

There are times when products hit my inbox and my initial reaction is WTF or I NEED IT and with the Sensse Facial Contour Definer it was both of those things.
Sensse Facial Contour Definer
Described as being a mini workout for the face, it is the last stage of your skincare routine and as much as I love my lotions and potions, I also love my gadgets too.
Wake your face up for rejuvenated skin. With a tightening effect to add definition along the jawline for a visibly lifted and sculpted look. Uniquely designed at a specific angle to perfectly fit the contour of your face that glides on the skin for a younger, healthier look.
I am sneaking closer and closer to my 40's and whilst I have also looked after my skin really well, I am more than aware that mother nature is just waiting around that corner to kickstart the ageing process. I have done pretty well so far on the wrinkles side of things and get a lot of comments about how few I have (clearly I don't smile enough), but that aside, I want to look and feel my best regardless of my age and I want my skin too as well.
Sensse Facial Contour Definer
Sensse Facial Contour Definer
Sensse Facial Contour Definer
All you need is to set aside just five minutes of your day with this device and it is something I do religiously without even thinking about it now. Whilst I concur it could quite easily be confused for another item, it is, in fact, the rollerballs that perfect the massage. The ergonomic handle makes holding this roller as well as controlling it incredibly easy. The whole point of this device is to help relax, massage and relieve your muscles of any built-up tension.  A Jawline massage is not new to me, it is something I have been doing for a few years now in one form or another. It is big in Korean (and I love Korean Beauty) but it is also said that the face has its own acupuncture points, one which sits behind the ear and when using this device, it is to that point that I aim to reach with my roller.  When using it, you imagine a big shape with your chin being the bottom of that V and either side of your jawline being either side of the V and by gently rolling the device upwards towards that point on the ear which I previously mentioned, it actually performs a manual draining of the lymphatic system to move fluid out of your tissues and this, in turn, reduces swelling in the face and helps to improve circulation and elasticity as well as bringing nutrients and oxygen.

As well as using this device on your jawline, you can also use it to relieve pressure and tension from your neck by rolling it from your collarbone to your neck and again, combine the usage with your favourite oil or moisturiser and it is a really lovely way to wind down at the end of the day.  I have also used it across my shoulders when I have had pain and also along my lower back when I had a bout of sciatica and it does help to relieve the pressure, even if that is not what it is meant for.

Priced at £39.99 it is available from Amazon right here.  Have you tried or use anything like this Sensse Facial Contour Definer before?

Feelunique Spark Beauty | Indie Beauty

A few months ago, I went along to the Feelunique Spark Beauty Showcase, a chance to discover the cutting edge brands that are now available at Feelunique. Described as being your one-stop shop for discovering the best indie from the States. It’s the perfect place to stumble upon the most instagrammable products in skin care, body care, fragrance and colour cosmetics.
Feelunique Spark Beauty | Indie Beauty
Indie brands is a new concept to me and until I went along to the showcase, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but being given the chance to meet new brands and speak to their representatives was quite the eye-opener and since then I have been lucky enough to get to know just a few of them.

Pistaché is formulated in California using a unique blend of oils. Sima Mostafavi Founder of Pistaché Skincare created the brand having pulled up a complete blank when searching for skincare products that harnessed the power of Pistachio.
Feelunique Spark Beauty | Indie Beauty
Speaking about the brand, Sima said:
"As a fourth generation pistachio grower, I know firsthand the long-term benefits of pistachio oil on hair and skin. But no matter where I looked, I could not find skincare products that were effectively harnessing the power of this unique ingredient".
As soon as I tried the body butter, I wanted it, the smell is just incredible, it feels amazing on the skin and I just loved how quickly it melted and absorbed. There is an entire collection of products from Pistaché on Feelunique and everything from a Bath Oil and Cleanser to Serums and Exfoliators.

Next up is Ogee and it is a brand which is organic, gluten free, GMO Free, plant powered and cruelty free and it was founded by a collection of beauty and fashion leaders who created some of the world’s respected beauty brands. Its hero ingredient is Jojoba Oil.
Feelunique Spark Beauty | Indie Beauty
I have been using the Ogee Sculpted Lip Oil (£18) which is a solid blend of Jojoba Oil and butters that melt instantly onto lips to moisturise and nourish, lightly infused with refreshing Peppermint Essential Oil to soothe and it is just divine. It is ideal for use on its own or under lipstick, it applied just like a lip balm but melts almost instantly as soon as it comes into contact with your skin. It isn't greasy or tacky and doesn't leave your lips feeling as though they are covered in lard.

Alongside this oil, the Ogee range also comprises of Face Creams, Face Oils, Cleansing Cloths and a serum.

Sticking with skincare, the brand which intrigued me the most is Cannabliss and it is described as being skincare made with naturally rich hemp oil, grown organically in Colorado.  The product I have been using is the Cannabliss Revitalizing Serum (30ml - £125).
Feelunique Spark Beauty | Indie Beauty
I adore this serum and it uses a blend of Sweet Orange, Hemp Oil, Aloe and Rosemary making it incredibly nourishing and moisturising on the skin. Totally Vegan and free of parabens, silicones, petrolatum, synthetic fragrances or dyes, the bottle features an airless pump keeps the serum naturally preserved and because it is so airtight, it also keeps bacteria from contaminating the lotion.
Cannabliss Organic certified vegan Revitalising Face Serum is a perfect blend of anti-aging Korean herbs infused with full spectrum hemp oil and essential oils. It’s nutrient dense, organic botanicals help to hydrate and firm the skin, promote cell regeneration, brighten and even skin complexion.
On the skin, it absorbs as soon as it comes into contact with the skin and it smells just delightful. Having combination skin leaves me with dry patches of skin on both cheeks, so using serums is a must within my skincare routine and this has been a delight to use.  One pump is more than enough for use on my entire face and it has made me want to try more products from the range.

As well as skincare, Spark Beauty also includes makeup brands and you will see the likes of Clove + Hallow, Reina Rebelde Brava and Real Her.  I loved the look of the lipsticks from Clove + Hallow, the formula was just divine but the product I was given comes from Real Her and it is The Spotlight Is On Me Highlighter.
Feelunique Spark Beauty | Indie Beauty
Described as being an empowering beauty brand created by a father for his daughter, a concept he came up with when she was born.
"I felt like I had this rebirth of myself after my daughter's birth. It was striking to me how complicated it is for a girl to grow into a woman in today's society, and the impact that society has on a woman's life. I want to do whatever I can to make as much of a difference as possible, as quickly as possible, to help more women. RealHer started as a way to create a better social environment for my little girl." -Xiang, Founder and CEO.
So with a brand that has products for the face, eyes, lips as well as some tools, it has quite an impressive arsenal to work with.  For me, this Highlighter has been an amazing introduction.  With a formula which is both buildable and blendable, it is described as being a highlighter with a copper shimmer and it is just beautiful.

I have really enjoyed my introduction to Indie Beauty and alongside the brands I have within this blog post, there are so many more to try and I would love to know if any of them catch your eye.  You can read more and find many more brands from Feelunique right here.

Top Tips for Creating a Luxurious, Spa-Like Bath Experience

A long hot soak in the bath. There isn’t anything quite like it, is there?
Top Tips for Creating a Luxurious, Spa-Like Bath Experience
Yet, if you’re anything like me, you won’t find much time to do this – and when you do, you’re in an out within 10 minutes because you’ve either got the water too hot or you’ve got something you need to do and haven’t left yourself enough time.

However, I’m here to share with you some wonderfully indulgent tips for bath times that’ll have you making that time for yourself at least once a week!

Make It Mindful
It’s easy to quickly run the bath, pour in some bubbles and jump right in. But that’s not going to do a lot for your mindfulness.

Instead, take some time while you’re running the bath to create the perfect ambience.
This means getting rid of those kids’ toys and that overflowing laundry basket, dimming lights, lighting candles, and adding essential oils to really add to the overall experience. For example, Neom Organics offer a range of bath and shower drops that are designed to de-stress you and help you relax and unwind.

And once you’re in the bath, take some time to close your eyes and focus on your breathing. This will help clear your mind of those day-to-day stresses, instantly relaxing your body.

Add Some Indulgent Touches
As well as those essential oils, bring some more indulgent touches to your bath so you don’t have to move for a long time. This includes a chilled towel that you’ve spritzed with the essential oils, cbd products which won't get you high, a glass of chilled lemon-flavoured water and some of your favourite snacks.

Alternatively, if you’re getting ready for a night out or a relaxing night on the sofa, a glass of prosecco while you’re in the bath won’t hurt!

Greet Yourself with Further Luxuries When You Get Out
The indulgent feel doesn’t have to end as soon as you get out of the bath, either.

Before you get in, make sure you’ve left a dressing gown, slippers and some fluffy towels by the bath so you can wrap yourself up and continue to feel relaxed. Straight after your bath, it’s also a good idea to lather yourself in a gorgeous, scented cream as this will really bring the spa-like experience to your home.

As you can see, with these tips, you won’t be jumping out of the bath after ten minutes. Just perhaps when you start to look like a shrivelled prune!

Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks

Feral Cosmetics is a brand I have loved getting to know and they hail all the way from Los Angeles. Feral Cosmetics is a cruelty-free and vegan beauty brand which comes all the way from Los Angeles and I have really loved getting to know more about who they are and discover how fabulous their lip products are. Here in the UK Feral Cosmetics can be found on Beauty Chamber.  Not too long ago I featured both the Liquid Matte Lipsticks and the Ultra Satin Lipsticks here and here.
Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks
Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks
New to launch from Feral Cosmetics are six new shades within the Liquid Matte Lipstick range and I am sharing them with you today. One thing to note with Feral  Cosmetics is just how amazing the formula is, often with matte liquids, I find them to quite drying and not great with longevity, quite a different story with these.
“Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks are creamy smooth, fully opaque and dry matte with a touch proof finish. Long Lasting High End Formula. Cruelty Free & Vegan. All Feral products are free from any animal derived ingredients and they do not test on animals.“

The six new shades are a great mixture of shades, so whether you like your nudes and pinks or maybe something a little bit different and more out there,
Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks
Here are the new shades and as well as being a fabuous formula, I also love the doe foot applicator which doesn't over capture too much product for application.
  • Say I Do – described as being a special colour for that special day. A really lovely, every day medium pink shade.
  • Mocha holic – the darkest shad within the new releases and I never thought I would want to wear a brown lip colour, but I quite like this, it is warm toned and dries much lighter than I was expecting.
  • Page Me 143 – An incredible cool toned nude and my favourite of the 6 shades here. Easy to wear, perfect for all occasions and one I have worn the most.
  • Unicorn Poop – For those who love their bold shades, Unicorn Poop is most definitely for you, it is bold, bright and incredibly Kooky!
  • Sex on the Beach – This is a really pretty bright orange toned red which is said to have been inspired by watermelon. It dries the quickest of all 6 shades too.
  • Rosé All Day – If you like your pastel nude shades, then this is the one for you. With a slight peach undertone, it is very pretty and again perfect for all occasions.
I think all 6 of these shades are really pretty and I love that there is a mixture of bright and bold with natural and nude shades.  I am most comfortable wearing shades are all just stunning and naturally, I am more comfortable wearing Page Me 143 than I am Unicorn Poop, there might just be that one time when I need to have a bright purple lip. When swatching these shades, they do dry pretty quickly and in the photograph shown below, which is unedited, you can see that Unicorn Poop is dry whereas Sex On The Beach and Page Me 143 are still drying.
Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks
Longevity is a big factor for some people when purchasing their lipstick. You don't want to be spending upwards of £20 on something that lasts just an hour on the lips when applied.  These liquid lipsticks are priced at £15 each, which I think is an incredible bargain and when I have worn Page Me 143, I have had 5-6 hours wear before I have felt I needed to re-apply.
Once applied, they are not drying and don't feel as though they will crack should you smile and they sit so comfortably, I forget I am wearing a liquid lip.

I think it is fair to say that I am quite a fan of Feral Cosmetics and I am excited to see what they have to release next.  Available from Beauty Chamber.
