Elizabeth Arden skincare is something I am new too, yes shocking I know and I am in the process of rectifying that as I work my way through some amazing skincare. The first item that I am introducing to you is the Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster which I absolutely adore and have been using every day for the past 6 weeks, it is so good, it has become part of my skincare routine without any thought process, I just immediately pick it up to use it after cleansing but before moisturising and before I add any other product to my skin.
Did you know that the condition of your skin's surface layer is directly linked to how healthy, radiant and youthful your skin looks? When the surface layer is damaged, your skin may not be able to retain moisture, lose its natural defenses to protect itself and, ultimately, loses the ability to renew itself. The aim of the booster is to help restore the healthy look of skin's surface layer, known as the stratum corneum, and to boost both the products you use and the skin’s natural functions or as the description goes:
"Achieve a radiant, healthy-looking complexion with the SUPERSTART Skin Renewal Booster from Elizabeth Arden. With a Probiotics Complex, the serum strengthens the skin's natural ability to repair and renew skin, restoring a brighter, youthful appearance".
The booster is also enriched with sea fennel and flaxseed extracts to maintain the skin's barrier, whilst glasswort extract locks in moisture and reduces water loss in the surface of skin. The versatile booster can be used as a refreshing serum or before moisturiser to increase the effectiveness of skincare products.

What I love about this booster is the texture, it is super light, easily absorbed not to mention intensely hydrating and is almost a gel-to-water like formula which I just adore and it smells incredible too. Nestled inside the luxurious looking metallic tube, the back features a slide open and close button, so it is never going to leak in your bag or suitcase and one pump is enough to more than cover your entire face and neck.
Since using this booster my skin hasn't been anywhere near as dry as it has been in the past and it is much smoother and softer to the touch. So if you feel your skin is in need of a boost, then at £45 for 30ml, it is money well spent!
Love a good booster - so great for replenishing and enlivening skin!
ReplyDeleteThe everlasting quest for glowing, moisture retaining skin. Skincare is always something to invest in. This sounds like money well spent x
ReplyDeleteI've not tried any Elizabeth Arden skin either - but seeing as my skin is always in need of a boost I may have to give this a go! Thanks for sharing x
ReplyDeleteOne of my favourite skincare brands, although I haven't tried this. Currently getting through a tube of eight hour cream to treat a sunburnt, flaky forehead, it is a miracle cream.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea that it's super light. It's a turn-off for me when it's thick and creamy, especially when it's for your face. Funny thing is, my daughter is exactly the same.
ReplyDeleteLove a bit of Elizabeth Arden! Like the sound of this :)

I've never used this but I do love to take care of my skin and love the fact that this is light and hydrating.
ReplyDeleteI still haven't tried this brand. Are they cruelty-free?
ReplyDeleteThey state "We do not perform any animal tests on our product formulations or ingredients, nor ask others to test on our behalf, except in the rare instances where required by law".

DeleteI haven't tried Elizabeth Arden before either - it looks great!
ReplyDeleteI do like Elizabeth Arden and have tried quite a few of their skincare products - sounds like I might need to give this a go.
ReplyDeleteThis looks great, I may have to try this one out for myself :)
ReplyDeleteI've not heard of the name before but sounds like something i need
ReplyDeleteI have dry skin (currently well managed but it took me forever to find a good moisturiser) and this sounds like something my skin could drink up :)
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure this is the one I bought for my mum for her birthday. Good value for how much you get x
ReplyDeleteNew to Elizabeth Arden products myself - seems good value for money too x
ReplyDeleteGosh that sounds lovely, I'll need to add it to my wish list
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a really good facial product I have tried some of Elizabeth Arden products before but I haven't tried this one before.
ReplyDeleteHave you got the INCI on it? Is it silicone based?
ReplyDeleteI need to find something like this; normal moisturisers aren't enough and there's only so long you can shove E45 on your face without feeling like a complete pleb...
Not that I can see listed no. It is mainly water based x

I can't believe I haven't tried anything Elizabeth Arden yet! Everyone raves about it! My skin definitely needs a boost at the moment so great to hear that it seems to have worked for you!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds lovely but I have to admit I think the price would make me think twice. However if you are using it now and again when your skin needs a boost, then it would be worth the money.
ReplyDeleteArden is quality, I'm not mad on the smell of their famed Eight Hour Cream but everything else I can't fault.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a fab product and one I now really want to try, thanks for sharing xxx
ReplyDeleteive always loved their packaging. its great that your skin isn't as dry as it use to be
ReplyDeleteI've never used any Elizabeth Arden products myself but they always look good. I love a booster
ReplyDeleteThis product looks so great, wonderful to know it works on dry skin.
ReplyDeleteBit expensive for my liking, but it looks like a lovely product!
ReplyDeleteLoving the sound of this product. Elizabeth Arden products are the truth.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds fab, I think a serum is the one thing I need to add into my skincare routine!

I have a problem with dry skin so it sounds like this could really help me! Seems a bit pricey though :/
ReplyDeleteThis sounds really helpful. I'd love it if my skin was less dry and felt healthier.
ReplyDeleteI really struggle with my dry skin so the this Skin Renewal Booster from Elizabeth Arden would be perfect. :)
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a fantastic product, my skin needs renewal to make it look fresh again. Its really suffering at the moment.
ReplyDeleteSOunds like a fantastic product, and I could really benefit from using it, but the rather hefty price tag is somewhat offputting for my frugal budget.
ReplyDeleteI love Elizabeth Arden and this sounds fab x
ReplyDeleteElizabeth Arden has some great products. I use their little gold capsules and they always make my skin feel lovely. I'll have to check this one out next time I'm in Debenhams :)
ReplyDeleteI'm tempted to try this because my skin is really dry at the moment. £45 is not cheap though.
ReplyDeleteOhh this sounds really good - I need to really look for something that works with my skin as a I don't look after it enough at all. x
ReplyDeleteI love the packaging and lord knows right now my skin could use a boost think I am grabbing one of these next pay day x

I'm a recent convert to Elizabeth Arden products - I love that they don't make your skin greasy. This looks such a posh product!
ReplyDeleteI haven't used any of their products as whenever I try them out I always find them to severe for my sensitive skin x
ReplyDeleteOh that sounds great. I think that Elizabeth Arden is a properly grown up range isn't it? My skin has horribly dry patches so it is one to try.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds fantastic! I like there is no chance for it to leak when traveling x
