Boohoo Beauty Advent Calendar Unboxing 2021

The 2021 Boohoo Beauty Advent Calendar has launched and it is a real beauty. Packed full of brands from the high-street, it covers everything from makeup and skincare to fragrance, nails and hair care.

This Advent Calendar has just launched right here with Boohoo and the contents are worth over £140, but it is on sale for just £60 which is an absolute bargain. Sitting pretty in pink with gold lettering, this 24 day Advent Calendar opens up to reveal a traditional offering of opening doors to find your hidden gift.

Listed below is the contents inside this Boohoo Advent Calendar and ***spoiler alert*** I have shared what product is behind each door. If you want to order this calendar and not have your surprised spoiled, then do not scroll down any further!!

Day one - Diamond Whites Black Edition Coconut Shell Charcoal Tooth Polish - full size.

This is described as being a 100% natural tooth polish which is made from 100% activated coconut shell charcoal. Not only will it change the way you whiten your teeth, as well as strengthen your gums, it will also help to remove toxins from your mouth and absorb bacteria to give your teeth the Diamond White Smile you have always wanted.

Day 2 - Brushworks Pair of Pink Tweezers and a pair of Purple Tweezers.

Each pair of tweezers is made from high quality Stainless steel and is perfect for tweezing though stray eyebrow hairs and the perfect size for popping into your makeup bag!

Day 3 - Sleek Vintage Romance Eyeshadow Palette which I am absolutely delighted to see featured.

This iDivine Eyeshadow Palette has been around for many years and it is still just as stunning now as I remember it.  The good thing with Sleek Palettes is just how well they are made and I love that they all come with a mirror which fills the entire lid.  This Palette features 12 shimmering shades and I featured it here on my blog.

Day 4 - Nails Inc Thirsty Feet Super Hydrating Foot Mask, which is just perfect for those tired and aching feet after hours of pounding the streets doing your Christmas Shopping!

Made using a powerful blend of Peppermint, Sweet Almond, Gingko Leaf and Green Tea extracts, the formula helps to revitalise your skin for a softer, healthier-looking end result.

Day 5 - Limited Edition Sunkissed Super Soft Velvet Tanning Mitt 

Described as being the perfect mitt to help you apply your fake tan streak free and without any mess. A must for any fake tan fiend I am sure!

Day 6 - Dirty Works Cube Tropicana Bath Fizz which features 8 Bath Cubes.

A lot of fun with the name which did make me cackle, these bath cubes are said to bring your bath to life with fizz that smells like the cocktail you wish you could be sipping on poolside. As well as smelling delightful, these bath cubes are vegan and cruelty free!

Day 7 - Boohoo red beauty blender

This Red Beauty Blending Sponge is incredibly soft to the touch and has that same egg shape we are used to seeing.

Day 8 - eylure enchanted amethyst limited edition lashes.  Amethyst is a lightly segmented lash style that is sweetly criss crossed for a wispy yet natural finish.

This Limited-Edition Enchanted range is said to have been inspired by the beautiful, mystical crystal trend. Handmade and reusable for up to 5 wears, every lash pack also comes with latex free lash glue that is guaranteed to last up to 18 hours.

Day 9 - I heart Revolution Salted Caramel Lip-gloss. This lip-gloss smells exactly as the name suggests and it is just delightful. 

Part of an 8 shade chocolate scented lip-glosses and this one is very much sitting in the nude camp.  I haven't found it to be sticky or tacky when I tried it on my lips either, so that is always a bonus!

Day 10 - Garnier Ambre Solaire No Steaks, self tan wipe sachet.  For me, this is the weak link of a product within the calendar.

Described as being suitable for the face and the body, this  wipe format enables quick and easy application. It is pre-dosed for 1 application on face and neck, or 1/2 application on the body. It is enriched with nourishing apricot oil, it provides a streak-free, natural looking tan that last up to one week.

Day 11 - So Mykanos Njghts Body Spray

Described as having a fragrance which is made up of zingy lemon and mandarin open up the fragrance, progressing into a floral heart of orange blossom and jasmine, before leaving you with a trail of sweet amber and tonka bean.

Day 12 - Dirty Works Anti-Bacterial Hand Gel.  An item we are all never going to have enough of!

Described as being a hand gel that doesn’t smell like chemicals it has a scent of Grapefruit and orange peel extracts to keep hands fresh, soft and smelling delightful. This is anti-bac gel has a  56.1% alcohol content.

Day 13 - boohoo Sleep Satin Gold Eye Mask, this is another item you can never have too many of and I have quite the growing collection from across different brands.

Silky smooth to the touch, this eye mask with its embroidered sleeping eyes, is comfortable to wear, it doesn't slip down you face and it stays in place thanks to the elasticated strap.

Day 14 - Zoë Ayla 5 pack of hair clips. 

Not a brand I am familiar with, but these hair clips are really handy to have if you use hair masks, hair treatments and naturally for styling your hair.

Day 15 - Le Mini Macron Gel Polish Removal Mini Kit 

This is a kit I never knew I needed until now. Inside the box you will find a nail polish, a selection of remover pads and a cuticle stick, everything you need to remove gel polish from your nails quickly and effectively at home.

Day 16 - I heart Revolution chocolate dipped mascara with cocoa extract and yes it smells exactly as the description leads you to believe it will!

Described as being a lengthening mascara which has been developed with chocolate lovers in mind – d it has a sweet chocolate scent. This mascara is infused with cocoa extract and dark chocolate pigment for serious impact and definition.

Day 17 - Barry M Gelly hi-shine nail paint in shade Hot Chilli, which is just perfect for the festive season.

A beautiful shade of red, this nail polish offers a long lasting, plumping formula offers a gel-like finish without having to leave your house to go to a nail salon.

Day 18 - Zoë Ayla, a packet of 2 Silicone Facial Scrubbers in Pink and Blue.

Suitable for all skin types, these Silicone Facial Scrubbers are designed for use with or without your beauty products.  I tend to use mine to remove face masks, for working an exfoliating cream or even a gel.  Gentle on the skin without being harsh or abrasive, the silicone bristles are soft with a lot of movement. 

Day 19 - Beauty Works Pearl Nourishing Mask with Argan Oil and Milk Protein for your hair.

This mask is described as having a super nourishing formula which uses a combination of organic argan oil and keratin-rich milk protein. Its job is to revitalise and leave each and every strand with body and tone and because it is a deep conditioning, creamy treatment it also works to moisturise the hair to restore softness and shine.

Day 20 - Nails Inc Partying on Portobello with biodegradable glitter.

This is a nail polish shade which works well on its own or as a topper to your nail polish shade. A shimmering nail polish which is swirling with metallic biodegradable glitter, it features the patented, wide hugging brush exclusive to Nails.INC, ergonomically designed to work with the shape of the nail and minimize the number of strokes required.

Day 21 - Danielle Creations hydrating face sheet mask x 1 sachet.

I am a huge fan of sheet masks and this offering from Danielle Creations features a blend of hyaluronic acid with beneficial essence and skin conditioning agents like grapefruit oil and witch hazel water to help refresh and re-hydrate your skin making it appear and feel plumper and softer to the touch. The mask itself has a unique fabric blend which allows this mask to hugs the contours of your face to give the most effective penetration of these beneficial essential ingredients, leaving your face feeling supple and soft.

Day 22 - Barry M That’s Swell Extreme Lip Plumper in the shade HighKey.

That’s Swell XXL Plumping Lip Gloss from BarryM is said to give the lips an extra-volumised enhancement. Available in 2 Limited Edition shades, within this Advent Calendar is the shade Highkey which is a gorgeous shade of pink with gold flecks and it has a lovely non-sticky formula.

Day 23 - I heart Revolution Tasty Peach Liquid Lipstick which comes packaged inside a cute frosted glass tube with a pastel peach lid covered in peaches.

This liquid lipstick from the I Heart Revolution juicy Peach collection and is the shade Fleur, a peachy nude! Featuring a smooth formula which glides on like a gloss and dries to a demi-matte finish, it ha a delightful peach scent. They smell as good as they look with a peach scent. Wrapped in frosted glass with a pastel peach lid covered in mini peach illustrations.

The final day within this calendar is a biggie and the one I suspect most people will be excited by.

Day 24 - Bondi Sands Aero Liquid Gold Self-tanning Foam Liquid.

Described as being a fake tan to give you that golden glow, it features a weightless foam formula which dries in seconds and requires no wash off, so no more streaks, no more staining of clothing of bed sheets. Fragranced with the scent of coconut, it is enriched with Argan Oil and the unique Bondi Sands dual-action technology which essentially gives you a longer lasting natural looking glow. Beauty Advent Calendar's Still on Sale 2021

There is now a month left until we hit December and people begin to open their Advent Calendars.  There is always a debate to be had as to whether you start opening them on 1st December or on Christmas Day, personally, I don't have a view either way as to what people choose to do, just know that mine will always be opened on 1st December!

This year there has been quite the selection of Advent Calendars for which, I created a directory, and even now, some people haven't yet decided which one they want to buy, some sold out within seconds of going live and others are still available, not forgetting that a few are rumoured  to still be coming back into stock!

Liberty - There is always so much excitement with this Advent Calendar. In years gone by I have seen people queuing round the block of the store to get their hands on it!

Everything about this Beauty Calendar ticks boxes and I shared the entire contents of the calendar on my blog when it was first revealed. Priced at just £225 the contents inside are worth almost £850 plus there is that chance to find a golden ticket worth £5000!  On sale with Liberty.

Marks & Spencer - This has been very much anticipated for 2021 as it didn't happen in 2020 and it is a blooming good Advent Calendar, which I featured on my blog.

Worth £300, this is a 25 Advent Calendar and it can be yours for just £40 when you spend £30 across Beauty, clothing or home and it is still on offer with M&S!

FeelUnique - This is without question one of the most value for money offerings for 2021 when it comes to a multi-branded Advent Calendar.

Featured on my blog here with a full list of contents, this Advent Calendar has contents, which are worth over £385 will make the price of this calendar just £119 and it is available now

When it comes to relaxing and unwinding, there has been some amazing Advent Calendars for 2021 and the three which are still available that I absolutely love are:

Temple Spa - I was lucky enough to do an unboxing of this Advent Calendar for my blog and there isn't a single product inside that I wouldn't or won't be using.

Featuring 24 products, this Advent Calendar is delightful and an absolute must for anyone who lives to relax and unwind. It is still on sale here with Temple Spa.

ESPA - Every year ESPA creates a stunning Advent Calendar and 2021 is no different, called Hidden Treasures, the calendar features 25 drawers. If you want to see the full list of contents, I have shared them on my blog.

I am still shocked that this Advent Calendar is on sale because it is such a popular brand, but if you haven't yet decided what to treat yourself too, this one is on sale here with ESPA.

Neom - This is a brand first for Neom and it is a delightful looking Advent Calendar, of which I have also shared the contents here on my blog.

This Advent Calendar is called the 12 Days of Well-being and definitely is something we should all be taking advantage of right now!  You can find it on sale with Neom here.

We all love a good make-up Advent Calendar and once again there has been so many to choose from for 2021, some have sold out and won't be back in stock, but some are still around, so here is just a few of them.

By Terry - I absolutely love By Terry as a brand and first shared the Advent Calendar quite early on over on my blog.  I just love the Diamond like design and of course the contents, which if you want a sneak peak, you can find them here.

Inside the calendar, you will find 24 products and some of them are my personal favourites from the brand. It is on sale via various retailers and is worth over £400!

Charlotte Tilbury - Can you have a favourite looking make-up Advent Calendar without mentioning Charlotte Tilbury? Well this offering might just be my favourite that there has ever been.

This Golden Box of Dreams, which I featured on my blog here with a spoiler as to the contents, has sold out in a few places, but you can still grab it at Space NK.

Then we have Bobbi Brown, another brand I just absolutely love for a whole host of reasons, mainly lipstick, but so dreamy.

Featured on my blog here, the Bobbi Brown Advent Calendar is features 12 of the brands best-selling beauty treats and it is described as being the ultimate beauty advent for any Bobbi Brown superfan.  You can find it still on sale with Bobbi Brown.

For the Fragrances this year, there has been quite a few new entries and some that I had expected to see. So with the likes of Diptyque, Jo Malone, Jo Loves, Perfume Shop, Fragrance Shop.  Sadly a few of these Advent Calendars have sold out but you can still find both Jo Malone and Jo Loves still on sale as well as The Perfume Shop and The Fragrance Shop, but if you want a calendar that grabs attention then given Diptyque has sold out, Penhaligons has that wow factor.

It features 24 days of scented surprises and inside are some of my favourite products that come from the brand. I did a full reveal on what is inside on my blog just a few months ago when the information was first released.  

The second offering that I just love comes from Atelier Cologne, a brand who has the most amazing store and some of the most amazing stories to go with their scents.

It This Advent Calendar is 100% free of plastic and when it opens, inside is a selection of 24 products from the range - so you get a really good selection of their fragrances such as Pacific Lime and Rose Anonyme which are just delightful.

The final Advent Calendar to mention ticks the box for Vegan. A lot of questions I am asked currently in relation to products is whether or not something is Vegan, well not only is the Freedm Street Advent Calendar completely Vegan as well as being Cruelty-Free, Plastic-Free, Supports Small & Independent Businesses, Supports Charities and has no fillers

Beauty Advent Calendar's On sale now

There has been a lot of Advent Calendar's go on sale in the past few days and here is a quick round up of which ones you can still purchase, whilst they are still in stock!

Space NK - So many people have been waiting for this Advent Calendar to go on sale and it isn't hard to see why, it is pretty mega!

The Space NK Advent Calendar is priced at £215 with the contents being valued at over £770, so you definitely are getting a lot for your money.  On sale right here.

Charlotte Tilbury - Always popular and it isn't hard to see why! 

Beautiful in pink, the Charlotte’s Diamond Chest Of Beauty Stars is the theme for 2022 and in a similar design to previous years, it is a magnificent Beauty Chest which is packed full of products from the great lady herself.  On sale here for £150.

Jo Malone - Another really popular Advent Calendar for fans of the brand and this year is one of the better offerings in my opinion, if just for the globe!

The design is based on a jewellery box, with the idea that it can be refilled and reused, it is priced at £335 and is a 25 day offering.  You can find the Jo Malone Advent Calendar for 2022 right here.

Jo Loves - One of the best designs for 2022 without question, the Jo Loves Advent Calendar has been designed to look like a house of cards.

Liberty London - Another hugely popular Advent Calendar and one which is famous for its queues out the store door when it launches.

For 2022, The Liberty London Beauty Advent Calendar is priced at £245 which is up £20 on 2021 but the contents are worth a massive £1065 plus, five calendars will also have a £1,000 voucher inside them!  You can find both the Liberty London Advent Calendar and the Liberty London Male Advent Calendar on sale right here.

The Body Shop - For 2022, The Body Shop has launched not one, but three Beauty Advent Calendars and each one of them is delightful.

All three, which are priced between £55 and £145 are on sale now and you’ll find them all here.

Selfridges - Another popular Advent Calendar and for me, this is one of the best Selfridges has produced in recent years.

Featuring 27 products over 25 days,  the Selfridges Advent Calendar is said to be worth £800 but is priced at £210.  You can find this Advent Calendar on sale here.

Net a Porter - Always a fantastic offering from Net A Porter and 2022 is no exception!

For 2022, the Net A Porter Advent Calendar is £260 but is worth just over £1000 and it is full of incredible brands such as VENN, Sarah Chapman, Tata Harper and Face Gym to name just a few and it is on sale right now!

Lancome - Called the The Extraordinary Advent Calendar, the Lancome Advent Calendar is stunning as it folds out to reveal a Parisian Skyline, including the Eiffel Tower.

The Lancome Advent Calendar is priced at £140 and the contents inside are worth around £210.  On sale now, you can find it right here.
