Finding time to relax, unwind, de-stress, take time out for yourself and even just have a few minutes to catch your breath is so important. I say that because I am one of the worst people for doing any of this, until the last few months when I was kindly set the Bed of Nails Acupressure Mat.

One of the questions I am asked is how does it feel to use the mat and honestly, it’s weird to start with, it is tingly and prickly without being painful and the longer you lay there, the better the feeling is - warmness runs through the body and then comes that feeling of relaxation.
