Rituals The Ritual of Advent Calendar's Revealed

Once again this year, as with 2020, Rituals are to release two Advent Calendars one of which is 2D and the other 3D and both are just absolutely stunning and a must-have item if you are a fan of the brand.

The 3D version of the Advent Calendar features a festive village scene and is said to have contents inside worth £150 and you can expect to find products such as Mini Candles from the Private Collection, foaming shower gels which I personally adore and a Rêve de Hanami EDP.  

This 3D Advent calendar will go on sale in early September and be priced at just under £90 here and the contents are pretty amazing.

I am already a huge fan of The Ritual of Jing Collection, a review of which you can find right here, but it is absolutely lovely.

The second Advent Calendar from the brand, the 2D version is designed to look like a Rituals Townhouse store and is again decorated in gold, which is quite christmassy.  Inside, there will be 25 products from the brand and you can expect to see candles, body care, hand care and a few other treats.  

This Advent calendar is said to be worth £120 and will go on sale for just under £60, so an absolute bargain to be had.

Again, this Advent Calendar has so many amazing products featured and whilst there are similarities between the two, for me the differences make it hard to choose which would I would prefer the most!

Penhaligon's Beauty Advent Calendar 2021 Revealed

If you have ever walked up and down Regent Street here in London, there is one store that will capture your attention with the most wonderful of scents being omitted from inside and that is Penhaligon's. It was those fragrances from the store which caught my attention enough to go and purchase a gift, on the spur of the moment for my hubby some years ago with Sartorial, a fragrance he still happens to adore and one we have repurchased many times over.

For 2021, the Penhaligon's Advent Calendar is shaped like one of their bottles but decorated very festively in Green and Red colours. Inside this advent calendar you will find mini versions of Penhaligon’s most iconic scents, alongside products such as hand wash, body wash and lip balm, plus there is also a candle.  As an extra incentive, inside these calendars will be five Golden Tickets in circulation and if you are lucky enough to find one inside your calendar, you will be entitled to some extra treats.

So quite an impressive list of what Penhaligon's has to offer and if it is a brand you have always wanted to try, then this is a really good way to do just that, im delighted to see Lord George and Juniper Sling also present within this Calendar because they too would feature in my top five scents from the brand.

Revolution Deluxe Advent Calendar 2021

This year Revolution have launched a total of three Advent Calendars and they are all pretty fantastic, depending on your budget.  The first Advent Calendar I am sharing with you is the Revolution Deluxe Advent Calendar, which is available now at Superdrug.

Cult Beauty Hair Edits Beauty Boxes

Cult Beauty has today launched three hair care boxes which are designed for specific types of hair - the curl edit, the volume edit and the repair edit! It kind of carries on from the kit that was launched back in March!

Each one of these boxes has been designed to cater for a particular hair need and that is reflected by the chosen products for each box - brands such as Living Proof, Ouai and The Inkey List all featuring.

The first of the three boxes is The Curl Edit and it is priced at £30 but has an overall value of £99 which is quite impressive.

Inside this box is a slightly different selection of products to the Curl Edit shown above and again, these products have been chosen to give your hair a lift, a bit of a bounce and that much needed volume.

The final box is the one which really calls my name and is definitely the one I am needing of the three options and that is the Repair Edit.

The Repair Edit is designed to restore damaged hair to its former glory with a reparative routine, complete with a strengthening shampoo, replenishing masks and a growth-stimulating scalp treatment. Again, the contents are word £99 but it will be on sale for just £30.

I love that there is a bit of theme for each box but all whilst showcasing some of the best products that brands such as Living Proof, The Inkey List and Virtue all have to offer. I love that the scalp hasn’t been forgotten in any of these boxes, a topic which I am quite passionate about because it gets forgotten so easily.
