YSL DRESS ME WILD ADVENT CALENDAR 2020

YSL are back with an advent calendar for 2020 and this year it forms part of their Dress Me Wild collection for Christmas, which is also stunning.  The Advent Calendar which takes on a black and red design with an added bit of glitter.

This YSL Advent Calendar is a 24 drawer advent and inside you will find treats across the best-selling make-up and fragrances.  It will go on sale for £200 and you can find it via YSL and Selfridges.

DIOR BEAUTY ADVENT CALENDAR 2020

When an Advent Calendar has the wow factor, then Dior are well and truly ticking that box for 2020 because this one is just absolutely stunning.

Behind each of the 24 calendar doors lies a Dior treat to count down the days of December and of course, anything Dior is bound to be a treat! The theme behind the calendar comes from Artist and illustrator Safia Ouares. Safia has created an Advent Calendar which is said to be like an enchanted night with dancing stars and gold dust. An illuminated deer prances above the Paris rooftops, as the most marvellous ballet takes place in front of the workshop doors, piled high with gifts. Simply beautiful!

IT Cosmetics IT's Hello Glow Duo

From the amazing CC Cream and Setting Spray, both of which I have featured on my blog, I now have the Hello Light Cooling Glow Hydrating Face Illuminating Sticks to share with you. 

Since I spend the majority of my working day in front of my laptop writing reports or on a meeting via Zoom or Teams, I need to look as human as possible and thankfully IT Cosmetics has helped me do just that.

Described as being Multi-use hydrating sticks in Brilliant Copper Rose and Incandescent White Gold, they have been designed to provide you with an instant illumination without the use of any glitter or shimmer.

Infused with green tea, hydrolyzed collagen, peptides, grapeseed and aloe, this formula is really quite cooling as it is applied to your skin and because they offer highlights, they can be used on your cheekbones, eyes or any other area of your face you would like to add a little radiance to your features.

The two shades Brilliant Copper Rose and Incandescent White Gold are both incredibly wearable and rather than choose just one to wear, I have actually used them both at the same time and then occasionally Incandescent White Gold if I am wearing minimal makeup.

The Swatches shown above are not edited at all and the shades you see are the shades that come from each of the two products.  As you can see the pigmentation and colour payoff is amazing and that is from just one swipe.
