Essence Ho Ho Home For Xmas calendar 2020

I am a huge fan of Essence Cosmetics, especially the mascaras. If you have a local Wilko, chances are it has an Essence stand and it you find it, grab everything!!! For Christmas, Essence seemingly have two advent calendars. The DIY calendar which I featured here and the Ho Ho Ho Home for Xmas one I am sharing now.

This Essence Advent Calendar features a mixed selection of 24 “enchanting and Christmas-themed Essence products” and alongside a few Essence favourites from the classic Essence range there will also be some limited edition items too.  We are also told to look out for two hidden products in the calendar's outer double-doors!

Cowshed 24 Day Advent Calendar 2020

I adore cowshed as a brand, they’ve come a long way in recent years and even now I still giggle at some of the product names. For 2020, Cowshed are to release the most beautiful looking calendar that I think they have done yet and here it is.

Featuring 24 drawers, inside you will find some of Cowsheds best loved products and they include everything from natural skincare, hand care to bath and body treats.

I have had my eye on the Relax candle for some time now, so I am pleased to see that it is included within this calendar and I am glad to see that the sizes of the products are not ridiculously small as they are in others.

For £130 you have an excuse to spend everyday in the run up to the big day having a pamper session! What’s not to love.

Essie Advent Calendar 2020

The Essie 2020 Advent Calendar is absolutely divine and a must have for any fan of the polish. The Christmas Workshop calendar is a rather large 3D nail polish bottle shape with each day being a different box with a different product.

Inside the calendar you will find 9 original products, 10 miniature sizes and what is referred to as other surprises.  If you don’t want to see what the contents are then scroll no further as they are below.  The Calendar is currently on sale at Douglas* and will soon arrive with Amazon* and it retails for €49.95 which works out to be around £45.

So there you have all the contents. Personally I’m not too sure how I feel about the “surprises” because they’re not relevant to the brand, they could have instead used items related to nails.

I love that is a nice mix of products from Nuxe and that of course there are some cult heores from the brand such as the Rêve de miel Lip Moisturising Stick.
