I am a tad obsessed with Feather & Down as a brand, ever since I was introduced to the Sleep Mist, I have tried everything the brand has within their collection and now I can boast I have tried the new Bath and Body Collection too.

The Sweet Dreams Warming Body Scrub is described as being a powerful body scrub that warms and comforts tired muscles whilst naturally exfoliating with sugar particles.
I absolutely love this scrub, I cannot stop raving about it. Using the signature scent that Feather & Down has become known for - Lavender and Chamomile which encourage calm and aid relaxation, the scrub itself which is luxuriously thick, it feels like a scrub on the skin and does an amazing job at removing dead and dry skin thanks to those sugar particles, the best part is that as soon as it comes into contact with the skin, this is when the magic happens because it warms almost instantly and if you're cold, have aching muscles or even feel under the weather, this magical warming scrub is great to help relax and wind down as the scent of chamomile and lavender envelope the skin.
Then we have the Sweet Dreams Nourishing Bath Soak which has been created to nourish, soothe and promote a restful nights sleep.
Not only does taking a hot bath an hour or so before bed help you to relax and unwind, it is also said that by changing the body's core temperature helps to signal to your body that it is time for bed. Within this nourishing formula is Evening Primrose Oil which is a highly emollient and nutritious oil which helps to soften and smooth the skin and reduce inflammation and alongside the Chamomile and Lavender you have an incredible recipe to promote relaxation. What I have found when using this bath soak, not only do you get copious amounts of bubbles, it is that the signature scent really makes this product all the more amazing.
