It seems that Lip Oils are very much the must-have product right now with my social media feed across three apps being jam packed full of photos and swatches of various brands. One brand I have been using is Nyx and with that, their Fat Oil Lip Drip Gloss which is quite the name.
A non-sticky lip oil which is available in 8 shades, I was kindly sent 7 of them to try and over the past month or so, that is exactly what I have been doing.

So as you can see, this isn't just a lip oil that imparts colour, it is one which has a list of amazing ingredients which includes:

The Fat Oil Lip shades range from neutral and nudes to the much bolder shades like red, so you can choose the shade that grabs your attention or play it safe. The lip oil itself has a really creamy, silky texture to it which surprised me, as I was expecting something for akin to a lip-gloss texture, that said, being more of an oil means it is not stick or tacky and does not make your lips feel as though you have applied a Pritt Stick.
I really like the doe-foot applicator, which is a little wider than those you get with a lip gloss but it does mean the product is easy to apply as it glides on smoothly and evenly and, as promised, it does provide a high-shine finish.
These Fat Oil Lip Drip Glosses can be worn alone, though the pigmentation of the colours is subtle or they work well over lipsticks and lip stains too. I tend to swap and change how I use mine having made my way through the shades.

For £7.49 the Nyx Professional Makeup Fat Oil Lip Drip Gloss is definitely one to be trying, I wasn't sure what to expect when they arrived, but I absolutely love using them and have just ordered Follow Back, which looks stunning!
