Temple Spa in aid of Mind 2021

Temple Spa has donated to the charity Mind since 2018 and in that time they have raised an incredible £301,000.  In their continued effort to contribute and raise awareness to the Charity, they have once again put together an amazing package of products.
Temple Spa in aid of Mind 2021
Throughout the whole of October, Temple Spa will, for every full-sized jar of REPOSE that is purchased, not only will you receive another Limited Edition REPOSE for free, but a donation of £6 from each purchase will go to Mind.

For more than 60 years, Mind has worked to improve the lives of all people with experience of mental health problems. Through their public campaigns, lobbying of the Government and with more than 1000 services that Mind has delivered across communities in England in Wales, it is such a worthwhile cause to support.

REPOSE is Temple Spa's best-selling night cream, which I absolutely love and have featured on my blog a few times.

Described as being an aromatherapy night cream and often referred to as being ‘a good night’s sleep in a jar, REPOSE is one of those products you reach for when you just need some time out, to relax and unwind and think of absolutely nothing. As you apply it to your face and neck, as you massage, take the time to breathe in the incredible scent or if you really want a treat, apply a thicker layer to your skin and let it slowly absorb, I actually love doing this before I get into a hot bath, when I have no plans other than to lay back in my bubbles and do absolutely nothing.  REPOSE uses a blend of essential oils which includes chamomile, frankincense, lavender, patchouli, geranium, bitter orange and clary all of which are all renowned to aid deep relaxation and bring a sense of calm. Working alongside the essential oils is hops which is known for its calming benefits, they help to control anxiety and stress and relax your body and mind.

As well as REPOSE, Temple Spa has again put together a With You In Mind Peace & Relaxation Collection for Skin, Body and Soul.

Inside this collection is a set of four products which are priced at just £15 and for every set sold, a donation of £1.50 will also be given to the charity Mind.  Together these products have been chosen because you can use them to create a relaxing routine and it goes like this:
  • Start by making yourself a relaxing cup of herbal SERENI-TEA and light your SIESTA FOREVER tealight.
  • Drizzle some DRIFT AWAY into a warm bath.
  • Lie back, relax and breathe in the calming aroma.
  • Warm REPOSE between your fingers, cup your hands and inhale deeply before massaging onto your face and neck.
  • Follow with a body massage with PEACE BE STILL to give your entire body a nourishing hug.
Then afterwards you can grab your jar of REPOSE and finish off your routine in absolute bliss.

I am sure you will agree that this is such a worthwhile Charity and one which have no doubt benefited many people during 2021 given our current circumstances and the life we find ourselves now living.
