Korean Beauty

If you are a regular reader of this blog, then you will have noticed that I adore Korean Beauty. Referred to as K-Beauty, for me, there is just something that little bit different, something a little bit out there and definitely something that is ahead in technology and innovation than that of the beauty products that we use here in the UK.  Now you might have heard about the use of some wacky ingredients and there are rumours of 11 step regimes which Korean ladies complete every single day, in some cases twice a day, the one thing that stands out from all of this is Hydration - the most important focus.

This section of the blog will feature the K-Beauty brands that I use, have been introduced to, have come across, discovered and am intrigued by and they include:

BioAqua - A brand you might have seen in BeautyMart and in your local TK Maxx, Bioaqua have a lot of fun looking products which are designed to nourish, moisturise and bring about a little bit of fun.

By Wishtrend - Described as being a cosmeceutical brand that reflects product development based on directly listening to the skincare concerns left by the 500,000 worldwide customers.

Hello Jo - Hello Jo is described as being a new British born, Korean developed beauty brand. Born from the cultural revolution amongst women, Hello Jo is starting the first ever beauty movement; one that helps women support women; all fuelled by caffeine active beauty products.

Holika Holika - Founded in 2010, Holika Holika is described as being a Korean cosmetics brand who has a catalogue of products which features make-up, skin care, facial care and body care products with natural ingredients. Holika Holika derives from English suffix “-holic” and it means addiction. Korean “holida” means temptation to form the brand name and its concept.

It's SkinIt’s Skin is described as being Korea’s first cosmeceutical brand with reasonable price, has natural ingredients and a low irritant formulas that have been made using advanced techniques from the field of dermatology.
